This dialog/acting totally beats the shit out of any high budget big name shit that EA can rush out to get a half assed product on the shelves. Its dark. And deep, and the subtle Kane appearances keeps you guessing/playing until the end of the campaign.

I have a few old Soviet bookd (from the 1970's) at home. The language they use, especially when they talk about history or politics is very much like Stalin's in this video.

Interestingly, Stalin is not mentioned in those books at all. At that time period, the cult of his personality was denounced. Talking about him positively was condiered to be an expression of "bad taste" (and could possibly get you in trouble).

Strange thing, Stalin conquering Europe. Historically, it seems he only made the iron curtain (not that weapon from this game) between east and west, because he wanted to have zones to protect Russia. Stalin's doctrine was Socialism in One Land (every country in its own time to socialism) while his opponnent Trotsky believed in using war of spies to spread socialism.
