I have a question. Is it essential to have an all neoprene spray skirt for rolling? The spray skirt I have is neoprene around the top of the tunnel. The rest is nylon. Will this work fine for rolling?

@nathstei1
as long as the skirt is tight enough to keep water out ( but still releasable if you need to wet exit) you are good to go.
give your skirt a try with a partner in a "T" rescue and see if it holds out water.
If you do not know what a "T" rescue is, then please get yourself a lesson.
