This is great and actually inspirational to a lot, I mean a lot, of young Somalian girls. Basically all that you said is true about the young Somali imigrants/refugees, and yes they do need help to help themselves and not go astray, but although many people realise this, there is actually none doing anything about it. I believe these kind of programmes as humble as they are, will make difference. Keep up the good work girls, and I hope the commujnity in the UK will follow the example.

so inspired. i had wondered about the dreams i have had all these years in exile, sometimes i am a little kid walking to lido for a dip, sometimes i am playing billiard (not pool) at cinema hodan, or sometimes i am waiting for caano susac delivery lady to show up...all these years and these dreams of white sand sizzling my feet. I like these somali girls who want to carry their culture and religion in their hearts, really it makes me feel patriotic sentment, even this song is beautiful, when u see somali girls wearing DIRIC and dressing like somali women it really changed my earlier desire, coz, initially i thought that White girls are beautiful better,but now i realized that Somali girs are the best female in the world, their behavior, dressing,etc.

Excellent documentary that in fact dissects the root

cause of cultural and racial divide. I mean as Yasmin elaborated these young girls of Muslim Somali

have come to Europe or U.S from refugee camps. Definately, it is hard for them to adopt to a new culture and grasp the basics to compete with students from middle and upper class families altho they exceed their expectations.
