I actually didn't see the story at first so I thought of the story as I was watching.

My version of story I thought: The world was in dark age when vampire Vincent fell for Yuna and Yuna kinda falls for him under the snow.. But since Vincent was a vampire, he couldn't resist Yuna's blood and she was scared but accepted it since he needed her blood..Vincent only drank her blood little and felt guilty so he resisted drinking human blood and then he couldn't control himself

and Yuna couldn't do anything to get him back to normal so she goes into deep forest to see dark magician and sacrificed her blood in order to turn him back. (I thought red bars were yuna's blood decreasing as vincent is going back to his normal self) When Vincent was back to normal, he didn't see Yuna. So he leaves on a journey to find her..

That was my version of the story(I really thought this story was what the video was saying...and read the description and found out I was totally wroong)

Sony vegas 7.0 and that effect is called color corrector secondary, there is a good tutorial by yuna800 that shows you how to do it, thats how i learned.

Ok, use "Color corrector secondary" then change it to "studio RGB to computer RGB", after that click on "select effect range" click on the color you want (on the clip) and change saturation to 0.000 then change all the smooth (there are 3) to the max and thats it, I hope this helps : )
