Their assasination policy is probably covered by the Human Rights Act which abolished capital punishment - which is essentially the same thing. State sanctioned murder. Choudary should be killed. He's a grave threat to national security.

Islam4UK should have been a good enough excuse to silence him,i fully agree he's a threat to national security,surely the government could sort him out on the quiet,i doubt anyone would suspect them.

@TheRealNewsGB It's under Marshall law. You have to declare Marshall law to impose a death penalty. However, usually its exile rather than death to anyone who causes or wants to cause serious threat to peace and democracy. Intelligence services do not carry out assasinations. It's illegal and anarchistic to do so. However, Andy doesn't fit into this category. He is 'incitement to terrorism' NOT 'terrorism'. Thus, he can be locked up for a long time. He's 'on his way out' is all I can say.
