I've got to admit... This car looks like it has an impressive performance on snow! No wonder Subaru has such a reputation when it deals with snow. Great vid! :D
I've had 4WD trucks for 20 years...a Ford Ranger (good) an F250 and small Toyota truck, a Tacoma (hated the system) a Tundra (loved it) and now a Forester and the Forester is better in snow than any of them.
Thanks for the reply.. I'm seriously looking into getting one. They are awesome in so many ways. Tough leaving the FWD Turbo tuner cars...but I'm thinking this would be a nice change since I do a lot outdoors.
@JackDanielsCHS08 It depends. If you want fuel economy get the diesel 2.0T but if you really want to enjoy awesome acceleration from 0-100km in 6 seconds GET THE 2.5 turbo!!! All the foresters are great and dependable cars but to really experience the true nature off the forester you need a turbo! :)
@MichConnor thanks for the info bro...sadly however i live in the US so the only diesel cars out here are the vw and i think also the audi and bmw.......but the mpg on the subas are sweet so it would be a big change from my current mazda 6......yea turbo sounds nice...now it depends on how much i can save up...most likely ill probably get a certified pre owned turbo just to save a few K.
@dchtm Šī ir viena no labākajām mašīnām savā klasē. Vienīgi varēja būt 5 vai 6 ātrumi automātam un lielā lūka nenāk klāt 2.5 turbo modelim. Bet tie ir sīkumi, jo šī mašīna gan ātruma, gan bezceļu ziņā iekabina daudziem dārgākiem, bmw x6 tai skaitā! Pietiek ja vienam ritenim ir saķere - tas izvilks visu mašīnu, motors atrodās maximāli zemu, lai vieglāka manevrēšana un vispār ar šo mašīnu vajag pabraukt, jo tikai tad to var pa īstam novērtēt! :)
