riverside drive, just off mount seymour parkway. go to almost the end of riverside and you'll see a gate. climb that gate and walk down a couple sets of stairs and follow the river up stream for 5 mins and you're there

you can also get there if you go to the very top of berkley road and walk for 15 minutes or so through trails
