i worked at chickfila for two years in high school and it was probably two years too long. anyone that tries to claim that working at a fast food restaurant is the best job ever is probably lying to themselves in order to try to make them feel better about having to work at a fast food restaurant. i have heard that some chickfilas are actually great places to work at but i believe that is only a minority of chickfilas. the one i worked at was run by a greedy dirtbag who i hope rots in hell

I'm glad you feel the way you do about "standing up for what you believe in". I hope you will extend that courtesy to me as I am an atheist who considers all religious faiths to be the occult and the enemy of reason and rational thought. I am interested to know if you are also LDS and if that had anything

Your religion basically professes, promises that if one is loving to ALL others throughout your life than you intern will be offered a peacefull extistance, now, and in the afterlife. Why adapt this concept, (be so apathetic), and have to wait until your DEAD to attain this promised peace? Wouldn't mind your Christian church following if they didn't have the righteous singing to high heavens all the time, at all the Mass. What ever happened to the humble early morning Mass?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by that...the philosophy you described sounds more like a fundamental Buddhist teaching than that of Christianity. The closest thing to that that I know of is when Jesus tells us to "Love your neighbor as yourself." This, however, is not to earn a spot in heaven, but it's simply a reflection of the love Christ showed us on the cross...He loves us, and so we should love others.

As far as the "righteous singing to high heavens at Mass" thing...I'm not familiar with this either, but it sounds like something you'd find at a Catholic church. I claim no denomination. I believe that denominations are the problem with Western Christianity; they serve only to divide and pass judgment, which is why there are so many atheists or followers of false religions today.

i work at the chick fil A in Largo, Maryland right in the Washington-Baltimore Metropolitan area. The Chick fil A I work at is superb, the very very best. If fast foods didnt pay minimum wage, i would stay till retirement. oh ya, and did i mention our chick fil A is one of the top 3 in the world? yup yup, luv working there.

Correction: it can be VIEWED as a Satanic symbol. I simply take it to mean "Rock on," as do millions of other Christian metal-heads like myself. It's like the peace sign...people in China see that as the equivalent of flipping the bird in America. REMEMBER: the metal horns gesture was made up by MAN. Different people use it for different purposes.
