  • Hello! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my mate lost tons of weight with it.

  • I have about 2700 TDEE, so if i eat 2000calories/day, i should lose weight? If yes, can i still grow muscles while doing this?

  • hey hey! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cousin lost tons of weight with it.

  • Yes i know this sounds a bit wierd but really iam making videos about how to manage time and be more successful i would like you if you don't mind to give me your experince in time management :) check out my channel and give me your feedback thanks alot :)

  • @DrSNS I think my video "No Time To Work Out?" sums up my stance on it :)

Good luck with your channel, man!

  • are calories 4 losing weight

  • love u man u r good parson

  • love u man u r good parson

  • This was a big "OOOOHHHHH" for me.

    Thanks for the eye opener!

  • So if you are below your TDEE, you basically aren't building any muscle? (assuming you are doing resistance training also).

  • @JimboJ1981 As TooCool said in the comments to the mass gainer video: It depends on your bodyfat: If you get enough protein and if your bodyfat percentage is higher than around 10% it should work.

  • @Evilcyber And if you are below 10% body fat? Which I am pretty sure I am, even though I haven't used a caliper.

  • @JimboJ1981 Then this will become difficult and you have to measure your nutrients and calories rather exactly.

  • @Evilcyber So if your doing resistance trainning you need your exact TDEE to basically give your body the energy to fuction doing your workout and everything else. If you dont have enough calories your body wont have what it needs to do this.

  • @Evilcyber is the forum down again? I click on the link and it saids website not found.

    thanks :)

  • Cool video

  • Is losing more than 2 pounds per a week always unhealthy.

Does this apply to both male and females.

  • @SunMoonSki Very obese people can go for a higher rate, others shouldn't. And yes, this applies to men and women.

  • YOUR BORING.

  • @natalienas1 And you are challenged by grammar ;)

  • @natalienas1 Your mom was boring in bed

  • @natalienas1

fuck off you gay fat bitch go eat some maccas

  • Evil, I have a question. If you wanted to lose fat AND gain muscle, could you still eat 500 calories under your TDEE, or will that hinder your muscle gains?

  • @orochimaruisugly If you don't already have a low bodyfat percentage and get enough protein it should work.

  • @Evilcyber How low is low?

  • @orochimaruisugly I'd say +/- 10%.

  • You have such an awesome accent !

  • @DiplomaticGoomba Thanks Goomba! :)

  • 1g of fat is around 9kcal. 1000g=1kg=9000kcal in fat. 1 pound is 450g. So,

1 pound of fat is 450*9= 4050 kcal. Why everybody say that is 3500 kcal?

  • @artem1kuchin The difference is because one kg of pure fat does not equal one kg of weight loss. When you lose fat you also lose some of the bodily system that supported those fat cells - this makes up the difference.

  • Well. If you mean the cells then the cells are there with their membrains and some internal organellas. Lymph+some blood is reduced. Well, i guess you are right on this.

  • Thanks for the info :)

  • Very useful video, and extremely helpful. Thanks (:

  • @PullaPatonki I'm glad you found it useful! :)

  • and how do i find out my TDEE :-\

  • All in part two of the video and its description.

  • Cool, informative video.

  • @Jack2488 Thank you! :)
