I like your video. It helped me when I was adding black bars to the sides of my videos to block certain things out. I have one problem though. When I uploaded the video to YouTube, it removed the black bars and showed the original format. I would like to know what I am doing wrong.

I liked your overlay video and I have some questions that I hope you can answer. Have you tried it on YOUTUBE yet to see if the logo would be accepted or do you have to go through YOUTUBE Gooogle annotations? Do you have any examples of Logo videos that you did this with? Do you know the names of any software that can do this? Thanks...Great Job.

@singinglawr YES, if you EXPORT the file, after adding the logo. it all becomes one single file in the render.

merely "save as" won't do it.

I liked your video and learned some great things. I have a few questions though. Have you tried downloading the overlay graphics onto YOUTUBE, METACAFE, ETC RECENTLY ? Does this work? You need to export your movie in QT, saving is in raw form of movie and doesn't work. I just discovered this myself today. Hope this helps.

is there a way to overlay video on video? I'm trying to overlay only like 1 3rd of a video ontop of another video so the main video you can still see and the other part looks like the UI of a game is still there

I saved a graphic as a PNG with a transparent background and when I try and save it it's fine as a .mov file but the quality is reduced too much. WHen I try and export it as a DV stream there's weird red & white triangles appreaing in the transparent bits. :(

Any ideas?
