Btw, for all who are wondering, this song, was "world premiered" as in, not from anything except from David Childs amazing composing! If you wonder why it sounds like other songs possibly, listen to the video on the "4 Chords" and then you will see how most songs sound the same
I have to agree with a lot of others, that was one of the best choral experiences of my life, and it would be so awesome to do again! If anyone has the opportunity to do this, dont pass it up!
saw Westminster College Choir perform this gorgeous song - never had heard it before - couldn't find them but this choir does an amazing job on it too.
@taylaathedecision It does =) haha but I made those comments before avatar was even released in theatres so I dont think thats it lol but Ive long since given up trying to figure it out. =/
I will never ever forget this experience! It was so moving! I just remember looking out into the audience and seeing this one woman cry. It filled my heart with pure joy.
the humming part is from something else! WHAT IS IT! its driving me crazy it starts at 2:47 and goes for a bit WHAT IS THAT FROM!! If anybody knows, they should tell me because that would make me feel better =)
@MrLittleEmilio I dont think its from Harry Potter, I definitely wouldve recognized it right away if it was. We sang this song in my choir a while back and none of us could figure out where we had heard that sequence of notes before. Ive long since given up.

@melodiouslove Polar Express had a BG piece similar to this, though it went without the words if it was the exact same piece.

I'm pretty sure that's what they had to sing to get to Imagination Land in South Park.
