Yes William Black is the first archon known for creating will and getting the sword of aeons to defeat the court, Queen, Knight, Jack of blades. He is not the last archon because the hero of oakvale(fable1) is in his bloodline. Just as the heros in 2 and three you need skill strength and will to be part of the blooodline Scythe is "beleived" to be william because when william went to the void he became deformed and dissapered, also in roses leter it explains such .

some people say rose is with scythe in fable 2 but he not. in the letter you get it says 6 things about jack and 3 things about scythe heres 4 things yes he is tall skinny scary but in the letter it says he wears a hood if you look at 0;14 he does not wear a hood so it can't be him plus heres 6 things about jack he tall thin scary wears a hood rose forgets his long name he knows your family from fable 1 as well as scythe and jacks mask was not destroyed in the lava it got buried under it

Scythe is an Acron and the one who tought Theresa which is why you can't kill her and why she is over 500 years old. Scythe is met at the end of Fable during the TLC (I personally havn't played TLC) and he tells you of Jack of Blades being a dragon or something like that. At the end of Fable 2 your sister writes to you telling you of a man with a hood who looks like a king. Scythe used to be a king called William Black and on the first Fable he wears a hood so...

Jacks voice was deepened, which is good as you are fighting the fist shadows.
