First off, you ONLY want feminized seeds. Second, you want to germ seeds like she does but in between two plates wrapped in saran wrap on a heat pad in a small room or cupboard at about 80 degrees in the dark, not a cool dark room. Guaranteed success in under 36 hours. 1/2 inch tips are just fine to plant, I've seen them thrive at longer lengths.

This is only done with early clones, when combating insects with water and Neem oil, or feeding due to bad soil pH where the roots will not take in nutes. I never understood where people get this info, foilar feeding is only done when the roots cannot take in nutes. Keeping leaves wet increase chance for disease. Never use Miracle Gro, worst soil and ferts there are. Avoid sexting by using FEMINIZED seeds. Seal dried buds in glass jars, not plastic.

@TheUSMetalhead Overall pretty good vid. But she gets a C- for telling people to mist plants, absolutely no reason to do this. Rooted plants take in nutes at the roots, not the leaves. The LOWER the humidity the better, this includes veg. One can have a successful veg even with very low humidity, 30%.

Also, it's the genetics of the seed that really matters. The size of a seed is meaningless, dark is good, and hard is good, but size is moot.
