Very nice! I'll have to try a brown ale and cheese sometime.
I've found that a good solid west coast IPA and something mildly spicy works well, like southwestern style egg rolls.

If you think that's coffee tasting you should try Keegan Ales Joe Mama's Milk Stout. You might be able to get it on tap in NJ, probably in NYC too.
Someone in Minnesota said he was going to send me a box full of Surly beers but then he never did. Now I'm sad :(

@ChadzBeerReviews Yeah we don't get surly I had to go online to find them. But believe me this beer is exactly like a cup of Iced Coffee from taste, aroma to body. We just started to get Keenan ales so I will be on the lookout for the Joe Mamas.

Haha beer and doughnuts hilarious and an interesting idea!! I usually pair my coffee stouts with a steak but when I pair my stouts with steak I always finish off my beer with a dessert, like cheesecake or even Oreos! I recommend pairing a sour beer, maybe a Flanders red ale, with salmon or any other good fish.
