Notice the conversation in the beginning between the husband and wife. They didn't just create a perfect and peaceful society. They created a LIBERTARIAN society. The doctor is a volunteer and same goes for his whole force probably. They're just called for duty and they do what they do.

Guess I was semi-right on that twist. Couldn't see most of it coming :)

@gumpman155 We would be in deep trouble indeed, but you aren't thinking. We'd be in deep trouble because our glorious and beloved leaders of industry, media, military, and politics would begin a campaign to make the rest of us obsolete since they'd have the perfect slaves and wouldn't need us.

The sad thing is replacing these leaders with other people wouldn't help, because there is a darkness inside us we all which really have to face and deal with.
