5 enemies group up, you have 20 stacks. You hit them all with any skill, you use deathfire grasp on an enemy on really low HP (minimum damage is 200), die before the projectile hits and then make sure your team kills the other 4. That gets you 6 stacks, up to 20 after death. You then make your team recall and get prepared, trade your DFG for a PD and you're done.
