salam c est bien de faire un peu de pub aux plats de cuisine marocaine mais cette recette du tanjia c est une peu creative car ya adjonction des epices qu on utilise aux ragot pour la tanjia ya ke le sel cumin en grain ras el hanout facultatif et bie sur huile et sme et un ever d eau sasn oublier l ail et le citron confit et bien sur le rois des epices le safran
