This is one of the scenes the stupid British Film Censor's DID NOT cut from the UK VHS re-release in the 90's....I presume they thought it was impossible for anyone to copy swinging someone around in a sleeping bag and then impale them on a tree-branch! Didn't stop them cutting the dick-pulling and intestine yanking scenes though- obviously THEY are far too easy to replicate in real life!
