i have a question, for the "peace" of the house and garden, it's better have 2 beagles than one ?, i think if i get 2, the 2 beagles can have fun and play , and make "less" damage to the garden. (like holes, cut flowers, etc etc) i'm right or wrong?

damn my beagles we had the regular fence shored up with rocks and wood and they had the electric collars and they would still escape. after they got fixed they started getting fat so it made it a lil harder lol. but buddy always came back after a bit, he knew where the food was.

I have two beagles, one (male) from the SPCA and one (female) who wondered into our neighborhood. After ads in the paper, calls to vets and SPCAs, she was officially ours. They play like that a lot, and they're 6 and 7 years old. Nothin' like a beagle... love 'em.

My beagle, when playing with other dogs, does the same thing- she tries to sit on the other dog's face, or sticks her behind in front of the dog's face. Is it just a beagle thing or a general dog thing? I've had other dogs before and they've never done this... just needing some insight is all, I'm curious!
