I received it in mint condition, unfortunately it has the same issue, I just contacted the seller and waiting for an answer. The watch sells for 399.99USD in some stores so I really dont want to return it since it only cost me $80.

Checked with local Casio distributor, the watch is real but the warranty is fake. Stopwatch was fixed for $40.

I own the watch and it now works perfectly, the company that fixed it is owned by a good friend of mine and they're Casio Distributors here in Montreal Canada, I don't know if I got the same watch as you guys but he told me it was the real thing just that a piece was not functional cause it was broken, my neobrite is blueish not green so maybe I got a real broken one and you guys got fakes, don't know.

I'm from Spain, I have the same problem, my ebay seller was goodluck-9922, mine is the model EF-550D-7AV, thought I would be broken and the seller refund me 50% of the price.

Another person found the same thing happens and now you, I think we have deceived

Hey mate.. it is a fake. Cause when the you start the stopwatch feature, the bottom hand is suppose to act as a millisecond hand.. I got one from ebay and it is similar to yours and i am guessing that they are from the same company only with a different name. I am currently in the process of asking for a refund. I think you should too. Anyway i hope it helps mate.
