The dudes are from Austria (quite in the middle of Europe). Unfortuneately the band split lately but they do solo projects now.

Yodeling is more known in Austria and Switzerland. Never heard from yodeling in belgium because it works better with mountains.

The overtone singing is known in parts of europe called Balkan and Asia part Mongolia. That kind of singing was popular to the human race before the diatonic scale was invented.
