Over corrected like a boss that is. You learn to not over correct when your driving in snow, took my brothers cl type s for a ride and I slipped out of a turn( I gave it some gas coming through the turn, what can you say I'm a teen, I'm destined to be ignorant haha.) my gut instinct told me to turn it just a bit and I survived lol Forza 3 taught me well.

something tells me this has something to do with 4WS but you was carrying some speed so maby not...all i know is that re-do the allighnment and a new bumper srew or two with some polish....good as new.

@r4nd0m01793 No has nothing to do with 4WS simply because this was the 4th Gen Model and it didnt have 4ws. Rodes were just wet and it over steered coming out of the turn.

it's just hard to control a FWD car if you do actually break traction. because each time you hit the gas it wants to tear the wheel out of your hands. and wet road doesn't help much. not saying i don't like FWD's though it's just a fact with my prelude at least once you do get it to break lose it's hard to control it. not impossible just difficult

@monstermouthfishing Yeah, just a bit. I think the only times Ive ever cranked the wheel during an oversteer situation is when the car is REALLY sideways, and pretty much too far to save, anyway. All he needed to do was just turn in a little bit, if at all. FWD, so it probably wouldve fixed itself, anyway, without any intervention other than backing out of the gas.

Yeah all good and everything, not only to prelude's and wet conditions not work well... but he should be taking that thing out to a race track, also he is a retard driver, if you're going to be doing those speeds on such a tight road, at least have the knowledge to brake and not keep accelerating when your sliding everywhere

@RacstaMM If you jump on the brakes when already sliding - you start sliding twice as much. If you're sliding on the road, especially in a FWD car, you better step on it and try to rotate the wheel in the sliding direction which is pretty much what he was trying to do. He just didn't failed. Shit happens :)

Too much countersteer I think... In FWD cars oversteer should be dealt with more with throttle than steering input. It seems to be the safest option. Am I right?...

@jacx11 Absolutely, his mistake is that he cranked it to theright when i started to slide, then went from lock to lock to lock and created a pendulum effect and lost it. A mild correction to the right while staying on the throttle would of easilly corrected the slide and pull the car out of it. Letting off the throttle make the rear end even looser, transfering more weight off the rear.

Dude... I realize that the video is how NOT to drive... but it should also be .... What kind of roads NOT to drive on... The corners were cool, etc... but the road was narrow and plagued with potholes... If those rims were not bent, I'd be surprised and I'll bet the suspension was getting hammered. That stuff is for rally wheels, tires, and suspension, not road stuff.  If you love your car, recognized the frailty of your humanity and don't do this to it.
