Wow. This is so so bad. I have always remembered this song. Have not heard it in about 25 years. Growing up takes away superficial magic and replaces it with the deep satisfactions laughing children and the wisdom of age.
@17NJDevilsfan - dude, just imagine how much fun it was to make this video. NOt some big ridiculous production like a Use your Illusion type "movie" video like GNR, those were awful.
But this vid prolly cost $10,000 to shoot and was surely tremendous fun for everyone who was in it. Note to rock stars - don't take yourself too seriously.!
@decimated550 I know....Such a shame we don't get any cool videos like this anymore, it's even a bigger shame that this great music not heard anymore on the radio.
Today's music is lame and a headache to hear, not that I listen to it because I LOATHE todays music, it seems to be about hate so much. Only fucktards like todays music
Music back than though was kickass fun, anytime people put on the radio in the car or at a party, we knew we would hear something awesome. I am just glad
Some people just cannot appreciate good music... luckily, I'm one of the ones who can! Thanks, bro, for sharing this link with me! I feel better after watching this vid. XD
That yellow (San Dimas) Charvel Flying-V guitar with the pointed headstock on it that Joey Alves is playing in this particular video (manufactured circa 1982), is worth about $30,000 - $35, 000 right about now if it's in mint condition. It's one of the most rare Charvel guitars ever produced. I dare say Charvel made only a very small handful of them with that body (rounded edges) and arrow-shaped, Gibson-style headstock. I know of only one other guitar like that, that exists. it's red.
This sounds like it was uploaded from actual vinyl??

Just a great song. And a bit reminiscent of Earthquake's 1975 song "Hit The Floor", never a bad thing.

Great comments, not much to add. Cheesy but hysterical - Leonard Haze was always an inspiration. Probably the best song Van Halen didn't do.

I wonder what this would have sounded like if Van Halen/Hagar sang it instead.
Great song though.
