  • Great video, you're right on regarding everything you mentioned, thanks for sharing!

  • You're bang on. Being vegetarian is not enough. I used to drink Ice Caps during summer and Capicino flavored hot chocolate during winter and that's when I had the worst panic attacks. When I stopped consuming caffeine my attacks stopped.

  • Holla! Have you thought about cleverous 402 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cousin lost a ton of weight with it.

  • .. eating eating meat will cause feelings of anxiety, trauma, fear, etc., because you are eating the vibration of an animal that has usually been slaughtered in a cruel and fearful way... and that goes right into your energy and cells!

  • @cindyeylerraw Not really ... but it sounds cool and trippy so why not ...

  • @cindyeylerraw I totally agree!

  • I LOVE this video!! You just told me what my problem is since yesterday... thank you!! much love to you and enjoy your trip home... looking forward to hearing more about Bali xxx

  • Holla! Have you thought about anxiety zero technique (It is at anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker pretty much cured anxiety and panic attacks with it.

  • Just wanted to thank you for this video. It made me realize a few things about myself...

  • Nice to see you back, Natasha! I've also had a history of anxiety and depression (I'm 17). I've also been considering becoming vegetarian step by step, and also starting when it's easier to access the food I would need. Now that I know how whole foods can help me, I want to try vegetarianism soon! Thank you!

  • Welcome to my town in Montreal, Canada Nathasha! Enjoy our city...

  • Hello Natasha! Have you heard of Adya Clarity? I would like to know your perspective on this... I have seen it come up a few times with Rawists. Always love to hear your perspective.

  • Awesome... Rather helpful and much appreciated.... Namaste!

  • Awesome...

  • Welcome back! Will you be doing any speaking in NYC?

  • Natasha (hope I spelled your name right). I have been following your videos for quite some time now & just wanted to thank you for the time you spend with me and the world (eager to learn). I just love your 'down to earth' attitude, no stress approach to a no-nonsense wisdom about the whole ordeal of our eating, thinking and stressing about life. You are a breath of fresh air. Just want to thank you for the wisdom and parts of your life you so willingly share. Have a safe trip sister. God bless

  • Thankyou so much for this video, i am stuck in such a rut with my weight etc. My anxiety, ocd and depression have caused me to comfort eat now i am so unhappy and struggling and finding it hard to find the motivation. This video helped me thankyou xxx

  • Good to see you and glad all is well. Happy you love Bali maybe see you in october

  • Thanks for another awesome video! Good to have you back.

  • Gluten, actually all grains, caffeine, cane sugar, chocolate, Nuts (i have nut allergy) and dairy & processed packaged refined foods including Vegan cookies (which usually have some kind of white refined flour & refined sugar) all make my anxiety worse.... and simple things seem so overwhelming...... Vegetable Juicing, eating low glycemic Fruits & having liquid chlorophyll always helps me feel better!!

  • Glad to see you back :)

  • I used to have panic attacks very frequently.... I had to really change my job, place I was living, lifestyle and got off of any meds they had me on. Nettles helped replentish my adrenals and shamanic work helped me get to the roots of some of the deeper issues. I always had a very good diet....I was just overworked and overstimulated by living in the city. I live in the rainforest, work less hours, live cheaper but no panic attacks, anymore...

  • please do a video on your opinions of canned veggies!!!!!

  • There's something about you that automatically makes me feel happy and inspired :))

    noooooooooooooooo.... i cant do that

  • I would like to work out in Bali, any siggestions?

  • Eww I just saw her video where she states that she now eats meat, I thought she was a vegan, unsubscribing now!!!

  • @carsleyladiessociety

And that makes you just as close minded as meat eaters are to a vegan diet.

"Eww?" c'mon, lets be a little bit more mature than that.

    Have a great day!! :)

  • @carsleyladiessociety

She had to start because of a vitamin b-12 defiency. it wasn't an easy choice for her.

  • @thewaterfalloflove I'm just curious, what happened with durianriders and rawradient health? I thought it was basically the same type of diet? Thanks ;)

  • I hope you didn't let that douche bag DurianRiders get to you.

  • @thewaterfalloflove durianrider in his reply to her video did not say anything wrong or not in manner. he's got nothing personal against her. maybe you watch his video again.

  • @amirprog, here in the US it's against the law. We have copyright laws and that's a violation of those laws. Natasha's video wasn't made as a debate but DurianRiders turned it into one. He pieced things together and attacked her and other people. It's classless, disrespectful and mean. Yes it's wrong and it's obviously wrong to anyone that has an true level of class and respect for others. If you can't see that it's wrong I don't understand what kind of person you are.

  • @thewaterfalloflove Thanks for info, agree attack someone, so what if she isn't 100% raw, it's her choice and her body. I don't eat meat but again that's my choice. Some people have allergies and cannot eat balanced raw diet. What works for one person as they way they get b12 does not mean it works for everyone.

There is no magi diet that works for everyone, we are not the same, let' support each other instead of attack, which she did not do. I commented this on the video. Be well Natasha! :)

  • Thanks for the great tips, you look amazing!

  • I prefer a double scotch

  • :)

  • yayy a new video : )

  • So happy to see you again Natasha!

  • are you still eating the meat?

  • It's so good to see u,,, your videos keep me on my Vegan path!

  • I thought you were going to live in Thailand?

  • Great to see you again!

I would love to see how you live now in Bali :)

  • i was the 69th viewer...

  • I was just thinking about you, nice to hear from you.

  • Chocolate gives I anxiety.

  • .... It really numbs the senses. I wish I had more control over that emotional eating. It's a vicious cycle.

  • I discovered your vids right before your last post & even though you don't know me, I feel very close to you ... considering you've been speaking to me daily for the past few weeks LOL! I've missed you & it's great to see you back. Your presence warms my heart =)

I've had an anxious couple of weeks & have found it difficult to ease that sickly, frenetic energy, so your advice is very well received. My 'drug' of choice at times like these (unfortunately!) is white bread. It really numbs the sen

  • you are so purrrttty....thanks for the update!
