  • I definitely don't sleep enough hours per night and I've been noticing that I usually get the Vertigo right before I go to bed for the night or right smack dab in the dead of sleep

  • You are very accurate, I have vertigo, and had been in a lot of stress, and also have high blood presure and high cholesterol.

I have a constant burning sensation under my ribs on my left side, could it have something to do with it?

    thank you

  • what about drugs? Can there be a reaction from certain drugs that would cause these same symptoms? I took symbalta then got so dizzy I fell down and was dizzy for days, then only dizzy when tilting my head. If not from the drug , it was sure a striking coincidence that it was that day I was told by the doctor to upgrade the drug and this happened. Thank you

  • Interesting anecdotal observations. I've noticed the same thing. Lack of sleep almost always results in BVVP to some degree.
