  • this made me cry

  • Poor thing.. her previous owners must have been absolutely horrible to her. :( I love pitbulls.. Did she have a happy ending and come around?

  • i think dogs can feel if a person is bad or good....

  • Ok Listen your videos are awesome. What you do is awesome. Your attitude is awesome. The Story about Nala made me bawl my eyes out. I dont know you man but I just wanna say Thank you for makin this world a better place. Hats off to you.

  • I've watched quite a few of your videos and thoroughly enjoy each and every one. I find myself studying how the dogs re-act to your approach considering their past human experience. I dare say I've learned quite alot about dog body language and always find myself wanting to hug my Lab after watching your videos. Thanks

  • Was she being transported somewhere else? Because she was obviously not aggressive and really exceptionally terrified and being so forward with her seemed to just reinforce that fear of her being trapped and could increase the chance that she may try to protect herself. As a Pit Bull owner & lover this was awful to watch. Dogs aren't born like this. Bad people make them this way. People can be deplorable. Shylo, I hope you have found a GOOD human family!

  • you guys are doing a good job

  • good work...God bless u all there...

  • I cried on how nervous she looked in the begging ))); good lucke babby girl ((;

  • And people.wonder why.pitbulls attack look how there treated

  • where is rest of video .

  • You are confident, skilled, patient, caring and successful. I hope that the numbers of those who need you diminish in the next few years, and am grateful that you spend so much of your talent, time and energy to save animals in need.

  • i prefer the uncut versions of your videos...

  • Eldad, you are a truly beautiful soul. Thank you for what you do and for sharing it with others.

  • What you do is a great, Eldad! Thanks for existence suc people like you. God bless you and your team. May all the people be as kind as you.

  • thanks to everyone that help these dogs.

  • shylo is so afraid and nervous but you see she looks at you with love in her eyes!

  • Give the dogs Five more minutes

  • Maybe give the dogs five more minutes

  • What a wonderfully touching video. Poor Shylo. The look in her eyes at brought tears to mine. What a beautiful girl. I hate to think what could have been done to her to make her so fearful. Yet I could see in her eyes how she wanted to trust, but just could not bring herself to do so. I would love to know how she is, or to see a video of a Shylo without fear in those sweet eyes.

  • One dislike?

  • Those eyes.... no words needed, the eyes tell the story. Thank you for all you do for the animals. Dogs live in the now. When things turn to good for them, everything is good.

Bless your heart, you're a blessing for all the animals you get in touch with.

  • @2zwaantjes i totally agree with u, it was same with my dog, when i went to adopt her at shelter she looked so sad. she stll has some sepration anxoity but she is so happy now. no pet wants to be abonded or be abusied. they should make laws for owning dog and places where theybreed them.

  • i love what you do! you are a good person. i love those who help animals . what was done to this poor dog to make it so afraid? i hate people who hurt animals and wish nothing but bad on them . anyone who helps an animal is my hero god bless you all

  • That wasn't too long Eldad and it was beautiful to watch. But I kept thinking "Where's the cheeseburger Eldad? Where's the cheeseburger?"

I do hope Shylo has found a happy home and some new confidence in her humans again.

  • @quadro95

Haha, I agree with what you have written here, I too am so used to seeing the "cheeseburger magic" at work that I was wondering where it was this time (o:......... I love to see those videos to see some stories of hope ,love and healing, for there are so many stories that end sad.....

    Long live eldad...AND the cheeseburgers

  • You are the bravest most helpful man in the world, that I know of, you sir are one of my new inspirations!

  • how is shylo doing?...it's been a while.

and what is the name of the song that's used in the video?

    it's so raw and powerful...

    god bless you -

  • wat breed?

  • It's heart breaking to see that such beautiful animals could be so afraid of people. I understand why they would fear us but i will never accept it. People need to stop being so careless and stop acting like if we're the only living organism on this planet that matters. Thank you for helping this animal,Eldad. People like you give me hope for humanity's future because i know the people that surround you will absorb some kind of goodness from you. I wish you and your family the best.

  • Just wanted to close by saying I stay low working with unknown dogs. A tower seems to intimidate them. Also my back is completely harmless, but you can't show fear. You can read Mr. Hwy.170 renamed Phoenix at w w w . magicalworldoflethalwhites. freeservers. com/ custom3.html (take spaces out)

Scroll down a fifth the page to the orange writing. Eldad does in an hour what it took me months to do. And he does it every day of his life!

  • It took me two months to capture the Highway 170 dog. The wall of fear is stronger than anything man made. I would visit him 3 times a day and in the beginning I hever saw him. He was a ghost in the woods. I would sit on a blanket with my back to him, singing softly. After a week, he came out of the woods. He would sit far away from me and my greatest delight was when he would actually close his eyes as I sat with my back to him singing softly. He trusted me enough to finally rest.

  • Wow...out of all the videos Ive seen, this one is the most heartbreaking and dramatic. Im so glad that she is hopefully okay now. I dont even want to imagine what her previous owners did to her to make her this way.

  • god bless you guys. i'm going to donate some money to you now.

    keep up the amazing work.

  • It's horrible, the look in a dogs eyes when it is scared. But it's the best look of all when they realize your not there to hurt them but just to help them and love them. It makes me smile at what you do, making these dogs happy :-)

  • THIS LITTLE GIRL IS SCARED TO DEATH OF A HUMAN TOUCH....SHE DOSENT KNOW HUMAN KINDNESS UNTIL YOU PUT YOUR HANDS ON HER....I HOPE HER LIFE STARTED FROM THIS DAY & JUST GOT BETTER & BETTER!!!!!!!

  • breaks my heart to see the fear in a dog's eyes like that

  • you are suck a good person......i love what u are doing....god bless you..

  • what you're doing is right acctually. but you don't act right. when you do it like this it's very dangerous and the dog is very stressed and afraid. try to take bit more time and start to go as near as possible and stay there whith de back turned to the dog. And wait so the dog begins to trust you. and you can go more further. go closer and closer and don't stare at the dog. you'll see the dog will trust you. it really works. xx

  • do you know how old shylo is yet

  • How is Shylo now????

  • @PrettyPawsBling I am scheduled to see her this week. Once I will, I'll let you know ;-)

  • @eldad75 damn fine job you and your crew does with these guys..the canine gods are very pleased with you and so am i..keep it up bud

  • @eldad75 You should try to get on Ellen or something. That would give what you do lots of exposure and donations.

  • Angel touch Eldad have ♥

  • She seemed more fearful to me that fear/agressive.The fact that she does not bark at you or show any agression affect how you deal with her or any dog? I noticed at the 6 minute mark, she started to look at you which I take as a good sign ;).

  • I see nothing wrong with how you did this. You have experience, and she was not aggressive-fearful. I love how she ends up just being utterly relieved to be able to be touched. That's the best part of rescuing a fearful dog... Seeing that sigh of relief at feeling safe.

  • Maybe random, but sometimes I fear for you, El... God knows we love what your camera shows us, but the thought of you against a big dog and one hand occupied with holding the camera is a bit concerning... why don't you have one of the friends that sometimes come along help you with it? isn't it harder/more dangerous with the camera?

  • @Panur Thank you for actually caring :-)

The truth is, that you're right... it is a dangerous situation, and one day I can get seriously hurt. The problem with having another person there, is that if the dog sees another person and now she is worried about BOTH of us, then it throws off the energy, and then I am more likely to be attacked (or eliminated), so she will have only one more person "against" her. Dusty (in one of my other videos) actually knocked the camera out of my hand! :-)

  • I agree, it´s really not the right way of doing this....

  • Thank you so much for uploading this video. I have a dog that was a stray. It has been over one year and she is still so afraid of men. She has even run up behind two male friends and bitten them in the back of the legs I think because she is trying to make them go away.

  • sir, you are a kind and patient man. thanks for your rescues!

  • Any update videos on Shylo's rehab?

  • I find it funny people commenting on what you should and shouldn't do when they really have no experience themselves. They base everything on one video, forget to read the backstory you posted, and then suggest watching other people who do it better?

I've watched your videos for quite some time and you approach the dogs and do fantastic work. You save dogs from gangbangers that have stabbed and killed previous pets so taking your time to let the dog come out of it's shell makes sense how?

  • aaaw, what a beautiful dog. i wonder what happened to her to make her so scared of humans. yay Eldad!

  • that is awsome what you did. beautiful dog i am a big dog lover myself i have two olde english bulldogs . my first one i rescude she is 14 months old now. keep doing what your doing.

  • You do amazing work my friend! I follow everything you do!

God Bless you and all the animals you help!

  • You have a great connection with animals and that is most important, also you are always ready to help. You did a wonderful work !

  • This was amazing. Not too long, not boring--just amazing. You have a real way with these dogs. I could sit and watch your videos for hours, but I think I'd run out of tissues pretty quickly.

  • Best ㋡

  • Just curious, when you approached shylo, you seemed to be approaching her mouth (and hence teeth) first; did that ease her fear and therefore reduce the risk of being bitten, because she could see where your hand was going and she knew that she could easily attack your hand whenever necessary?

  • @catagult hmm... I never thought about it this way (approaching her teeth) :-)

I am really approaching her nose, and allowing her to smell me. I know I can take a bite (or worse) at any minute, but I am trying not to think about it. Some people think I am approaching too fast, but I learned that having full contact as fast as possible shows the dog that I am not afraid, and trust can be built quickly from there.

  • @eldad75 Where have you learned all these things, is there some sort of dog or animal psychology class/program?

  • @catagult i think its all about having the ability to be able to read the dog's body language, this dog was never going to bite... you could clearly see that she would do anything she could to avoid confrontation. Bless her heart, she appears to have no mallice in her whatsoever... great rescue again Eldad...

  • wonderful. thank you!

  • First thing that you should do is get the junk out of the yard. Also, you may really have good intentions but you need to concentrate on a slower approach, Shylo seems really stressed by your attention, she would do much better is you just sit in one spot and talked to her instead of following her and making her feel cornered. Please watch videos of Dog Town USA, those trainers are excellent and allow the dogs to break out of their shell at their own pace, instead of forcing them.

  • @pittiemommy Hello Pittie Mommy. The woman who is taking care of this dog has been trying your approach for SIX MONTHS with no success, and that's why I was called in. I don't like stressing the dogs, but I had to push forward and help the dog realize how nice a human contact can be. I will look up the videos you recommended - thanks :-)

  • NEVER CONER A DOG IF ITS NOT FOMILER WITH U IT COULD ATTAKE

  • @stickid16 I know... it's not a good idea, and you should never try it. I had a feeling that she won't bite me, so I decided to try and move forward towards her. I know that one day I might be wrong, but so far, so good :-)

  • It's so sad to see these poor innocent animals in life so scared and damaged because of humans...Makes me so upset and sick. Breaks my heart.

  • You are a beautiful human!

  • Eldad, you are an angel on earth. The video is neither long nor boring - it is inspiring. Thank you for being there for the dogs that need your loving touch.

  • Eldad, you are an angel on earth. The video is neither long nor boring - it is inspiring. Thank you for being there for the dogs that need your loving touch.

  • Awesome! You need your own tv show - the Dog Whisperer. Nice work!

  • It is so sad to see how scared Shylo was, it is heartbreaking

that this was caused by a bad treatment by people !!

I hope so that Shylo recovered from this fear and that she find a good home

    what she certainly deserved !!!!

    SUCCESS !!!

  • Her anxiousness devastates me, how long since she felt the touch of a kind hand. Boredom is the furthest thing from my mind. I find this video extremely educational & honest, in actuality like all of your videos.

  • I feel so awful for this dog, seeing humans only as evil and a source of pain and suffering. She's so beautiful and gentle, never even attempting to bite...way too afraid. I hope she has the life of a Queen from now on and is always loved and protected. If I had an opening I would take her in. People have got to STOP ALL ABUSE. Thank you for taking her under your wing eldad!

  • Eldad, you have an obvious affinity for animals. These dogs are lucky to have you and your friends. With so much horrendous cruelty to animals in the world it's nice to know there are people like you around. Keep up the awesome work.

  • This is your gift, Eldad. You were meant to save these babies, one dog at a time. What soulful eyes she has. I hope she finds the perfect home.

  • You always put the best music on your vids haha,

You should start telling us what the songs are

  • @rainman1344 Hey Rainman. The name of the song: Age of Loneliness. (by Enigma ft. Enya).

  • You have that magic touch! What a beauty she is. I noticed how she starting looking up at you with adoring eyes toward the end of the tape. It was worth watching every minute of it and continues to show your wonderful work and love for the less fortunate. As I've said before, you are my HERO! Keep up the good work.

  • @ccookla Thank you so much. I wish I could afford (financially) to do this 24 hours a day, and help so many more animals.

  • For me, it is no surprise! A further demonstration of his immense love for animals. If I lived beside you, I offer myself to work with you for free! T_T :):):):)

  • @AKITAHUSKI Los Angeles is only a short (or long) flight away ;-)

  • Poor, pretty girl. My understanding is that dogs always live in the present -- so for her to be so frightened, still, after 6 months -- what in the world was done to her?

  • @blazefleur I try not to think about what may have happened to her (i'm like a dog who lives in the present). The goal right now is to move forward, and Shylo is on the right track.

  • thank yoy very much from spain

  • @amelieylucas Thank you for your support! I have looked at my stats, and I am happy to see that I have many viewers from Spain.

  • you are just amazing period. poor girl hope she gets better.

  • @jamie1985jlz Thank you Jamie. I will keep following her as she gets better, and I will keep you posted ;-)

  • I can watch all types of things on the internet. People being blown up, run over, shot, stabbed, etc. but only these type of vids evoke any real emotion from me anymore.

  • @skunkapotamus I have 65 more videos for you on my channel.

  • Poor sweetie. Nicely done!

  • @ria2day Thank you :-)

  • This was extremely helpful - appreciate you showing this - would love to see a follow-up on Shylo in the future.

  • @ZenAmbient I promise to film a follow up ;-)

  • try leaving well worn cloths in the pen to get use to your scent, and maybe a radio too.

  • @kam75 That's actually an excelent idea! I will make sure to drive there again this week, and leave stuff for her. Thank you :-)

  • I am doing my best to win something in lottery and if I ever win,I will send you as much money as I will be able to.I promise. This is more worthy than some damn electronics...You are wonderfull person!

  • @Mikisna I promise to pray every night that you'll win. It is so sad that my ability to help more animals is limited by the funds available to me. I wish I could afford to do this all day, every day, until I die.

  • Poor girl. At least she didn't react angrily. It'll hopefully make the recovery easier. She just needs a bunch of positive reinforcement till she gets use to it. Keep us updated please!

  • @ohsorad In all these years of doing this, I rarely ever get bitten (and if I do, it is usually by a chihuahua) :-)

I will keep you posted as she her rehabilitation process goes on.

  • Is Shylo getting back to normal, is recovering or has recovered from her trauma ? It s sad to see animals suffering because of mistreatment.

    Peace.

  • @hassiba2233 Hey. The process just started three days ago... this is not something that will happen overnight. It will take time and patience, but I know she will be OK.

  • @eldad75 Thanks for the response. Sorry, I didn t pay attention to the date below the clip. Take care. & keep up the good work. Peace.

  • Just curious, did you check the dog's teeth & gums as a sensitivity test, for age estimate or dehydration/health?

  • @ArizonaBowie He most likely looked at her teeth for age estimate. She looked to be in pretty good health... maybe a little thin but hard to tell on the video. Most likely, age estimate.

  • @ArizonaBowie I am always curious to see what kind of a possible bite I missed :-)

nonono, I am just kidding... I check the teeth to determine the age of the dog. The age tells me how easy (or hard) it will be to find this dog a home.
