You can get a weight vest. Wal Mart sells a 20lb vest for $40. Online the vest are ~$80 for the same weight. There are heavier ones but I feel the 20lb vest is a great portable tool for pull ups, push ups, squats and ab wheel roll outs.

You can get to what you are genetically made to be easily with body weight moves. Gaining mass after which may require weight training though.
