tip 1: after your first kick don't land flat footed, land on your tip. when landind your kicking foot should be on the side of your other foot, not behind it, like in a case of a single roundhouse kick
tip 2: try hopping on one leg and kicking out once in a while, try to do it fast
tip 3: unlike with the low kick when doin a fast thai kick your other leg should not be bend
those are the main tips for u...;) hope u'll find it helpful...peace
actually, i'd say pretty decent, as thai kid we got nothin' to do but muay thai and soccer ( and track if u go that way) judging from where he grow up
i was always afraid to try the rapid kicks. it looks so hard. i just recently committed to it. it burns up all your gas. buakaw can train like that for 15 minutes i'm spent after 2 rounds. buakaw is a beast. all the thai fighters can do it but none as fast and powerful as buakaw. not even yodsanklai.
While his legs are primary weapon, I'm disappointed at how little he uses them. I remember him kicking the sh*t out of his opponent, aaaa... those were the days.
OH YEAH BUAKAW CANT KICK THAT HAR........Then i get Knocked out lol hes beast

@sandjora oh he definitely uses his legs. i've seen him use push kicks a lot. and he chops down his opponents all day. but he's devastating overall.
