Only problem I see is the lower nail is below the shingle nailing line which means a leakhole penetration in the shingle or unsitely caulking having to be used through the roof.
@31450papajohn i was always taught to not roof in low temps because the shingles can't seal correctly. But you are 100% right about that last nail being too low.
