  • babu....the great...

    awesome speech by srivasta krishna....

  • What an excellent and thought provoking speech by this IAS man - it is very true that there are many Babus and Netas, who have the power of changing the future of India, with which hope she is progressing confidently - hats off to these true leaders

  • Now we know Babus are doing good. Now we need to know the Babus who are NOT doing good and are lazy. For sure this speakers is motivating and inspirational story. But the Cameraman had his eyes every where but on the speaker.

  • Excellent and brilliant exposition on what dedicated individuals , even if "BABU"S" can achieve and deliver to the Nation

  • cameraman is ogling bigtime

  • These are the incidences out of thousands of IAS. What about lakhs of incidences of Failures that the general Public faces.

  • ias is not merely a post its a responsibility an oppurtunity he dispalys is very well

  • Wish he'd also given examples of bureaucrats who've created transformations to reduce poverty or illiteracy or addressed basic needs of the poor or done something for farmers and others in rural areas where the majority of the country lives!!

  • All we see here is name dropping, and self promotion. Disable the system most times- that is what babus have done over a hundred years; anyone who brings back to life some parts of it become heroes. Factually incorrect too in most of what he states though persuasive to a stunned audience which does not question.

  • A GREAT PRESENTATION.U CAN FIND THE PIN EVEN IN A HAYSTACK.MOST OF US CRIB,RATHER THAN DO OR ATTEMPT SOMETHING BIG.MOST OF US HAVE BEEN TRAINED BY THE CLASSIC EDUCATIONAL PATTERN TO BE COMPLIANT AND NOT THINK OUT OF THE BOX.THESE FRIENDS OF INDIA ARE OUT OF THE BOX

  • Eye opner

  • We want more people like him in India

  • You cannot run Government like Like large Eneterprises or Companys

where main driving force is Proft making money and making share holders happy, CEO has absolute power to hire and fire people to show profits. These same CEOs do not have the same privilige working with politicians hence. they could not do as good. Working with Good politicians like Naidu and Modi Nitesh Kumar really makes the difference.

  • Outstanding! I really liked this!

  • What he says achievements, is their job ! Doing their job honestly is indeed an achievement in Indian bureaucracy

  • Highly informative and motivating

  • Mr. Srivatsa Krishna is absolutely right when talking about the Babus of India, but I cannot understand one thing, how is the private sector compared to the government. When the government has to build something, the level of complication is low, but when the private players have to build something they have to route it through the government... so i appreciate the work done by the babus but private sector also has its own charm and quality..

  • Mr. Srivatsa Krishna

spoke very well in Dreamer Sessions

We have very few of such great persons

  • Unfortunately we are missing Chandra Babu

  • Exceptions cannot be generalized.

Well packaged presentation.. very well hide BABU's issues within few achievements.

  • Thank You .

1 Majority of babus have little choice but to reduce / lower themselves to the level of netas.

2 Victim of human frailty of striving to be one up on members of sister Service.

    3. Power is dementing ! Most humans victims.

  • Thank You TOO Good.

  • Did anyone notice the way the cameraman (...or woman) kept diverting the focus to the female audience every 2 minutes?! Way to go babu..

  • I humbly stand to applaud the wonderful thoughts you have put forward to us. Thank you for this panoramic education on the Babus, very well presented.

  • you are an inspiration for everyone i wish i could also do something for my country.

serving the society is the best the one could do.

  • Nice one. However, the flip side should also have been told.

  • when it comes to business, bureaucrats behave like corporate performing and achieving, why should they fail?

  • Unfortunately such dreamer Babus are rare and hamstrung by politicians.

  • I would have loved to hear the "how" part of it.

  • But many ambitious bureaucrats do not see it that way. For them, one should capitalise upon an opportunity to study abroad. And many argue that if coming back to the civil service means being posted to departments where their specialisation is of little use, then why not go where their talents are recognised and valued? A logical, though rather unpatriotic and selfish, line of thinking.

  • A very good presentation. We pray that this motivates more young people to take the country to greater heights.

  • Sir. let's hearyou od scams by Babus and politicians combine. It will all fall flat.

  • If all this is true, why does not the Babu talk of corruption. how many cases does he want to know about? I am sorry, a miniscule does not justify what he is trying to prove. He is a good orator and that's all about his presentation of pick and choose effort.

  • Just too good ... salute you Sir.

  • it shows, it is possible to achieve materialization of plans, provided Govt/Politicians render full hear-ted support to the team dedicated for the task and their interests(of politicians/bureaucratic team for self / for party ) do not clash. Presented well with facts & figures.

  • Very Informative. Good show !

  • Right up there among the finest presentations that you can ever hope to see/hear.

Throws a lot of positive light on the bureaucracy. All is not lost.

  • pathetic... are there only 6-8 people to talk bout in India since the past 60 yrs, i am afraid, this video is showing India in a bad light...

  • wow.....!!!!!....

  • beautifully presented ... awesome

  • Absolutely inspiring ,,,,,too good..

  • absolutely brilliant ! and this challenge makes civil services a gr8 learning experience. corporates are too organized to teach you anything!

  • Awesome!
