I like John Harris, I really do. I think he's an intelligent and articulate man who makes some very interesting points about how the British legal system works.
What I don't understand is, what's the alternative...? We need these laws or policies or statutes or what ever you want to call them, otherwise we'll be living in anarchy!
@sypshep There is no alternative. People like Harris don't seem to understand that the world works the way it does for a very good reason. It is the best way for everyone collectively. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. Harris represents the VERY few people.
@007RoyalFlush I think that is rather presumptuous and naive. It suggests that the systems in place are perfect as they are, and that no efforts should be made to change the way things work. I would guess that similar things have been said throughout history by people who just accept their lot in life. The world works the way it does because of the groups and individuals who have challenged the status quo throughout our history. And the world we live in today has massive inequality everywhere.

@dag451 The foundation of the matter is that people like Harris are NOT thoughtful. They are ignorant to the fact that their ideals are counter-productive to the progression and stability of society
@007RoyalFlush May I ask what is so stable and progressive about the society which rules over us now? I only see slavory, regression, war, hate, poverty, injustice, inequality, ill health, and new technology being invented to supress us rather than help us. I only see greed, lust, power, self centred ambition and pure miss guidedness in most people. What do we live for in this society? Money? What can money do for us? why are you saying this... Among the many things that can be done: you can record the interaction and use it as defense in court and build a counter-suit. If a cop just attacks you without visible provocation you are well within your rights to fight back.

Oh so its 9 and your STILL sat here and not getting ready? lul
im the first person to call bullshit right but simply because this guy says at the start "dont take his word for it" im open to accept what hes saying, and if all of it isn't true, i bet some bits are.
And 1. I didnt avoid any questions, you just wouldn't get my answer into your head the absurd amount of times I explained it.
2. I chose to make fun of your last question, asking where he said that. You're the one who kept repeating "someone hasnt watched the video properly". You should knwo where he refers to that if you know the video so well.
Like I said, I've wasted farrr too much time on here trying to debate with a child.
No I only watched it once and listened. i did not take notes. tell me where he said it please :), and if you can't find where he said that, then just skip to somewhere and if he's talking bullshit all over the place you will be able to find an example pretty fast :))
By living in this country, you are automatically in a contract to abide by its laws.
Same goes for any other country in the world, whether you live there or not, just being there is your acceptance.
If everyone had to individually agree in order for the law to apply to them, people could freely murder, steal and rape, simply because they didn't agree with the law.
That's the ridiculous idea this man is trying to promote. It simply isn't true.
Erm... obviously someone hasn't watched the full video
We HAVE to obey common law, yes, which is basically the queens law which is the TRUE law of the land
1. Do not harm anyone
2. Do not cause a loss in someone
that basicly covers everything... murder, rape, theft etc. and maybe some odd things like treason
These stupid tax laws etc. where made by a group of lawyers in like 18th century and these are the contract laws. Thats what the whole company thing is about, a company has NO power over
Oh hello miss "I've been doing law for like 1 year and I'm already a fucking expert" Ofcourse i don't know anything I haven't devoted my life to fucking law, ask me about simultaneous inequalitic quadratic graph equations and ill write you a fuckin essay.
all I have to say is, at the start he said "don't take a word i say as fact go find them yourself" which in itself the very existence of this argument proves you haven't watched the video.
Haha, 1 year, okay then... Qualifying Law degree takes a BIT more than that, and yeah I'd say it makes me almost an expert thanks.
EXACTLY!
Go find out for yourself. Find out that all the offences you spouted out are under statute, and that everything you regurgitated to me about common law etc from his video is utter rubbish.
Go out and try his little law avoiding schemes, and I'll leave you a lovely comment to read when you're done building up a nice fat criminal record :)
Ha, in the middle of course, with 2 years prior studying at A level thanks for taking such an interest in my personal life :)
And if it's so sad to go find out the evidence, why say to me "all I have to say is, at the start he said "don't take a word i say as fact go find them yourself" which in itself the very existence of this argument proves you haven't watched the video."
I gave you sources, the names of the statutes your "common law" is found under. But you aren't sad enough to check :)
I have studied Law for 3 years which is required for a law degree. Again, thanks for the personal interest.
I gave you the statutes, i.e. PRIMARY INFORMATION. Not what someone told me. Read them for the information yourself and get some of your own knowledge if you must continue debating.
It seems you're only arguement here is whether you deem me to have watched the video fully or not.
No actual points of law, no facts, other than this man's verbal diarrhoea.
on what website did you find that primary information or in what book or off whom?
And wow i didn't know they are statutes thanks for the information.
Facts eh? well he gave alot of sources, and it STILL seems someone didn't answer my question of whether or not she has watched the video. please do :)
ok... "primary information you gained from your own research" did you make it up? (ill answer that for you) No, and since you did NOT make it up you must of read/seen/heard it somewhere and if you have not read/seen/heard it somewhere then you have made it up. I'm going to assume you have not made it up and you have Read/seen/heard it somewhere WHERE did you read/see/hear it? that question is so simple even a fucking 5 year old could figure it out.
LOL not ONCE have you mentioned you have watched the whole video and when i say video i mean all 9 parts
yes he did give a lot of facts, unfortunately he doesn't have time to explain his whole research if he has done some in this small talk, and i'm going to take it that, THAT is why he has not given his facts and i might read up more about it. some other time. considering that there are some sad people who will look all his facts up, since no one has called bull-shit yet...
yes you watched the video, did you ACTUALLY watch the video? because some of the crap you are saying is contradicting with what he has said which means you haven't actually listened. which means you haven't ACTUALLY watched the video.
Yes btw it ISN'T someone's opinion, it is in alot of books btw your wrong there. it IS information so where did you read it?
Do you think your smart or something because you do "law" all you do is repeat information onto a piece of paper any retard can do that.
Then why are you moaning about "facts" when he gave so many for thigns he has said? mabe not all of them but defo some of them.
im repeating myself because YOUR NOT ANSWERING my question just avoiding ALL the time. ok ill put it simply, DID you read somewhere that the statutes exist?
yes because so many damn people want to do it. that DOES NOT make you smart primary supply/demand theory. :)) what did you study at A level?
Well thats great you actually answerd my question well done big clap for you :)) *clap now everyone*
he refers many times to blacks laws dictionary, he posted a website, he posted an actual damn video, my friend has done it (sent back his parking ticket), he told you to go and look at your birth certificate where it says your registered by the government, he says.. ok forget this
What do you want evidence for? that he has mentioned, go on and ill find it for you...
Are you kidding? I have said in nearly every past comment that I read the statute :|
That dictionary is simply for clarification on definitions of legal terms.. It is not for lawyers to quote from, or rely on or whatever he implied, simply to dismiss confusion on the inteded use of certain words.
It's that simple and logical.
Yeah we have a number on our birth certificates, but where is proof of what it is for?
All we have for that is his word. Which is worthless and unsupported.
I was raised a catholic and am now an atheist so don't try and give me a lecture on being brain washed or being naive.
I've got an open mind which is obviously what you don't have since your better than everyone and obviously haven't got no friends since your sat on youtube on a friday night in the middle of your university course (and I'm sick so lets not even get into that). yes i haven't done no research I'm just demanding you dont call bullshit on people when you haven't even done research.
And like I said, who here has actual depth of knowledge on the subject of law?
No one.. Surprising.
People get authority to create laws when the country elects the members of parliament.
And it's not like they get together and make up whatever laws they want, there's a system it goes through in which much more than the government is involved in.
Dude... all you said was that you don't agree with John Harris.
Exactly what weight do you expect that alone to carry? You're just running your mouth. You couldn't even live up to being a complete spastic, and prepare a comeback.
All you did was regurgitate your little cult comment.
Now give me a reason to believe you over him or go rant at someone truly gulible.
Ok so you know the law. Give that man a fucking medal! Someone gives you an alternative view to it and you just dismiss it. Why don't you try and listen to what he is saying rather than what you have been told all your life.People all over Britain are sick to their back teeth of the laws in this country and its break neck speed of policy implemantion. Sleep tight learned figure. This is going to spin well out of control as you remain in the dark. These humble people are trying to wake us up.
1. He states that money is worthless paper. Incorrect, money is worth whatever you can get for it.
2. He states that we were volunteered into this system by our parents. Incorrect, we volunteer into the system when claim to be part of the system ourselves.
I believe he states at the beginning that people should do their own research. A piece of advise I'm sure you should follow
1. I haven't seen THIS particular presentation, but the first presentation on this subject he pretty much said what you did :)
And on 2, yeah... kinda. But personally I'd see any act of ours after birth as an affirmation of our place in the system as our Birth Certificate has already been produced before we can make a conscious decision.
From day one our lives are then molded by the regulations given to an infant person. We go to school without a choice. That sounds being volunteered to me.
There is a legal term for what you describe. It's called Fraud in the Inducement.
Let's say you want me to execute a contract with you, and you know there is something in the contract I would object to. You hide that detail (there are many ways to do this) and I sign the contract. If I discover later that you hid details I would have a problem with, then you committed fraud and the contract is void.
This is exactly what is done by our rulers. All you need to do shed light on it in court.
I must respectfully disagree with you one point 1. Money IS worthless paper that is given value only because you can buy goods and services with it the same way tally sticks were only given value because it was the only method of paying taxes. Nothing created out of thin air can have any inherent value. If money had value, inflation (the increase in the money supply) would have no effect on it. All fiat systems eventually fail because they are based on nothing of value.
Kind of a contradiction. Money is worthless, but it has value because you can purchase stuff with it?
The above statement is the basis for my comment above that money is not worthless, it is worth whatever you can get for it. I could say the same thing about gold. It's worth whatever you can get for it.
No contradiction - money is something inherently worthless that is given a perceived value merely by the 'legal tender' status. I could make my own money and offer to buy your car with it but would you take it? No, because then you couldn't exchange my paper for goods or services. The more money there is in the system (the money supply has to constantly grow for the system to hold up) the less it's worth until it reaches it's inherent value (zero)....
For example the US dollar today is worth 4 cents compared to 100 years ago (buying power). But I'm sure you understand how inflation works as you seem to be a smart guy. Gold on the other hand has and always will have a real inherent value (not perceived) due to it's long history of being real money and the fact that it is a finite resource (numbers on a screen can be made at will). It never suffers the same fate of inflation that fiat money does, however it's price is suppressed.....
For example 100 years ago an ounce of gold could buy you a nice holiday somewhere in your country in much the same way an ounce of gold today could do the same. The same can't be said for the same amount of money 100 years ago vs today. You only have to look at distant (Roman Empire) and recent (Weimar Republic) history to understand the true nature of fiat money and it's inherent worth. Interestingly, the purchasing power of those that held onto gold during the Weimar Republic remained intact
While I can see the point you're trying to make, I still stand by my comments - fiat money is and always had an inherent value of nothing...just worthless paper/numbers on a screen manipulated through legal status to be perceived as something of worth to everyone
you cant possibly be comparing the much more sensible tally system to the BS fiat/promisory money without telling the readers that you dont understand the current monetary system at all.
You mean it's early humble beginnings at the hands of goldsmiths to the sophisticated theft of the fractional reserve banking system to the scrapping of the gold standard in order to escalate this theft unheeded to the current inflation inducing spending spree that's causing economics 101 to happen and the US dollar to tank near those same record levels.....no of course you're right - I wouldn't have a clue
But tell me - do you know how to comprehend? If you did youd realise I wasn't comparing the 2 systems nor implying one was more sensible than the other. I was using the tally system to make the point that BOTH sticks and paper are worthless - no matter who gives them a 'value'
I stand corrected parliament is a derived from french dialect so the true meaning would be to "speak lies" because the present tense form of mentir in french is ment! Interesting!!
Actually the word mentir in French means to lie but is Parliment a french word or an english word or even a latin word? idk is the question. Ment in english means to take action so it actually depends on what country you are from how you interpret a word True?
Ok well I already have doubt about the information he present because I looked up the meanings of Parli and ment and now in any dictionary or thesaurus does ment mean "lies" so Parliment doesn't mean " talk lies" Parliment means to "talk then act"
i agree aspart, He is one of a very few has bothered to look into what is so compartmentalised and hidden to us all, and the fact that this country is being ruled under lies and deciet, and so many fear to question what appears so clear before their eyes, and the fear of the very deciet we live within, keeps us in check. I admire this man because he puts the fear aside and looks at the logical side of human life because this corruption is going to wipe us all off the "freedom map".
@apsert hariis is a lier, there is no declaration on your birth certificate. he tells you it's "there at the bottom" to bolster up all the lies that he tells, check your own bc out then go to his site and ask about it. If you ask too often you will be banned. now that is a fact. The Birth certificate declaration doesn't exist and never has!!
I normally dont post pedantic replies to comments so please dont take this replay at that. But when you write John Harriss name in all caps or even your own name in all caps it actually has a significant meaning. I refer to Capitis Diminutio Maximus: Any capitalization of your Given or Family names, changes them from who you are, ie A Man or Woman and a Living Spirit - into property that can be
traded in commerce and enslaved under corporatism. (googled)
A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality.

You're just left with yourself all the time, whatever you do anyway. You've got to get down to your own God in your own temple. It's all down to you, mate.
I have browsed the tpuc website and many people on the forums seem very switched on, and doesn't seem much different to the members of the Zeitgeist Movement, in most respects.
What are peoples solutions? Just a simple question. How does people like John Harris idea differs? It isn't a daft question.
Join the forum and find out. As far as I know, the Zeitgeist Movement has a lot in common with what John talks about but I can tell you that, having spoken to John 'in person' haha, he's against the idea of starting a new exclusive society. Rob Menard has his World Freeman Society and as good as it seems it's exclusive to freemen, albeit a group of like minded people aware of the deception. John believes that, even with the best intentions, starting a new society is still a case of DIVIDING us.
I believe John (in this video) said he found this info in a Trivia Persuit question.
Could the Trivia Persuit card/question be wrong? It was made by humans, afterall.
I have heard a number of things based on Prime MInisters and even American Presidents having some kind of relationship with one another. I have even heard Obama being related to Dick Cheeney, or even the likes of Madonna or Brad Pitt.
I guess most are speculating, but some truth could be mixed with all of this. Who knows?
mate, I am aware of Much... and I am aware that 'The System' sees me as a commodity... however, I am NOT... and will Never See Myself as such... the Moment I Do, 'They' win...
You are right. We are a commodity to the NWO. Thats why we can put a stop to this if we wake enough people. Free the minds of the people and you take away the commodity
You've got global warming, you've got 9/11, you've got UFO/alien "coverup" which is merely a distraction, you've got HAARP.
Global warming is classic example of why you cant beat the NWO.
Because its seemingly GOOD. And if you stand against such a thinkg you are an enemy. This is how the future dissidents will be exterminated as "heretics", "extremeists", "fundamentalists" etc etc.
Don't stand against anything. Simply stop participating in the system. It's our participation which gives it power.
The reality is, you were not forced into anything. You were, however tricked into volunteering.
Where did you willingly, knowingly, give up your personal/individual sovereignty? Where were you informed of the terms and conditions of such a decision?

You can memorize all the free man on the land lingo you want

lol uhhhh ok NO.
and then you are fucked
i think this takes to much time, and it doesnt ring true to the average person...therefore it's a big distraction.

@sgentlemanjack112
why are you saying this... Among the many things that can be done: you can record the interaction and use it as defense in court and build a counter-suit. If a cop just attacks you without visible provocation you are well within your rights to fight back.
"it takes too much time"? you sound like a lazy defeatist giving in to the old 'fear rules so don't even try' nonsense.

i should be on national minimum wage surely!!!
am i at work 24-7-365?
i think i'll take em to court for the back pay that works out at nmw * 24 * 365 * 38 in my case
if i'm not at work 24 hours a day when am i not at work?
so i know when i don't have to obey compny policy
if i have to obey evn when i'm not at work bcoz i'm on cmpny

Yes. That is ILLEGAL in the UNITED KINGDOM PLC, which PERSONS work for.
Human beings do not work for the UK PLC, so if your a human being you can do that =]
But most Police don't know what they're doing so they'll still try and arrest and prosecute you; so you need to know this in and out.

@Sobanski87 Just ask yourself..."who's the injured party"....no harm no foul, but if in the event you hit someone, or damage someone's "property" while "traveling" under the influence of cannibus, you have a real "injured party"...otherwise, just know that your rights are derived from your creator, not the government...You DO need to know the venues, and invisible contracts you're involved in...

And when you're over 18, you dont often go out til after 10 honey :) you'll find that out when you're old enough.
And your religion doesn't excuse you from being naive. You clearly are.
I HAVE OVER 3 YEARS OF RESEARCH. Which I have also said enough times, so don't say I have none.
You're the one who won't research the matter because it's "sad".
Blatant naivety again.

That's pretty silly of me.

Ha, calling me spastic when I'm a law student really is an oxymoron.
You clearly don;t have the intelligence to study this subject in as much depth as I have, or you wouldnt be saying such rubbish.
I love how the burden of proof is on me, even though all that guy did was stand there and spurt out unsupported "facts".
Where was his proof please?
My proof is human logic, which is all lost here by the looks of things.
The law is the law. We HAVE to abide by it. It's that simple.
END OF.
helloeleanor 2 years ago
Well the truth is the highest people in the government have a hidden agenda. Ask Lord Mandy! He will tell u all about it!
katoness 2 years ago
if we are in contract to abide by it yes.
CrMoshed 2 years ago
By living in this country, you are automatically in a contract to abide by its laws.
Same goes for any other country in the world, whether you live there or not, just being there is your acceptance.
If everyone had to individually agree in order for the law to apply to them, people could freely murder, steal and rape, simply because they didn't agree with the law.
That's the ridiculous idea this man is trying to promote. It simply isn't true.
helloeleanor 2 years ago
Erm... obviously someone hasn't watched the full video
Thats what the whole company thing is about, a company has NO power over
CrMoshed 2 years ago
Erm... obviously someone doesn't have a clue what they're on about.
Common law is not "the queens law". Common law is formed within the courts by Judges, through cases that were brought there via statue.
It does not mean do not harm anyone, and do not cause a loss. It means nothing other than it is not written down in statute.
Rape, theft, GBH, and the majority of criminal offences are actually found under statute.
Ever heard of the Theft Act, the Offences Against the Person Act? Any Act?
helloeleanor 2 years ago
No didn't think so.
You've just outlined the naievity of everyone who belives this man.
You don't have a clue what common law is, how statute is brought about, and what crimes fall under which type of law.
You know nothing other than what you learnt in this video.
You should really cultivate yourself before you argue a point on the law, which you have no primary knowledge on.
helloeleanor 2 years ago
Oh hello miss "I've been doing law for like 1 year and I'm already a fucking expert" Ofcourse i don't know anything I haven't devoted my life to fucking law, ask me about simultaneous inequalitic quadratic graph equations and ill write you a fuckin essay.
all I have to say is, at the start he said "don't take a word i say as fact go find them yourself" which in itself the very existence of this argument proves you haven't watched the video.
CrMoshed 2 years ago
Haha, 1 year, okay then... Qualifying Law degree takes a BIT more than that, and yeah I'd say it makes me almost an expert thanks.
EXACTLY!
Go find out for yourself. Find out that all the offences you spouted out are under statute, and that everything you regurgitated to me about common law etc from his video is utter rubbish.
helloeleanor 2 years ago
wow at 18? I AM impressed.
Actually that wasn't from his video either
and tbh i'm not near sad enough the go out and spend hours looking for the evidence myself but ofc you are.
"and that everything you regurgitated to me about common law etc from his video is utter rubbish"
give me a source please
CrMoshed 2 years ago
INFACT.
Go out and try his little law avoiding schemes, and I'll leave you a lovely comment to read when you're done building up a nice fat criminal record :)
helloeleanor 2 years ago
HA! will do, JUST like he did, no tax woooohooo
btw someone defo hasn't watched the video
CrMoshed 2 years ago
Ha, in the middle of course, with 2 years prior studying at A level thanks for taking such an interest in my personal life :)
And if it's so sad to go find out the evidence, why say to me "all I have to say is, at the start he said "don't take a word i say as fact go find them yourself" which in itself the very existence of this argument proves you haven't watched the video."
I gave you sources, the names of the statutes your "common law" is found under. But you aren't sad enough to check :)
helloeleanor 2 years ago
middle of the course?
"Haha, 1 year, okay then... Qualifying Law degree takes a BIT more than that, and yeah I'd say it makes me almost an expert thanks."
I smell abit of bull.#
anyway. No you repeated information you have heard someone else, WHERE did you hear it?
CrMoshed 2 years ago
Wow, you really don't listen.
No actual points of law, no facts, other than this man's verbal diarrhoea.
helloeleanor 2 years ago
obviously you where not born with primary information, where did you hear it?
and ok, have you watched the full video?
CrMoshed 2 years ago
Again, you do not listen. And I don't think you understand the phrase primary information..
It's simply information you gain yourself from your own research. Not from someone else telling you..
My knowledge that the offences you said were common law, are infact statutes, comes from the actual statutes that they are contained in.
I have seen them, studied them, worked within the practise of them.
Unlike you, I dont base everything I say on what I hear, or what I get told. I base it on facts.
helloeleanor 2 years ago
ok...
on what website did you find that primary information or in what book or off whom?
And wow i didn't know they are statutes thanks for the information.
Facts eh? well he gave alot of sources, and it STILL seems someone didn't answer my question of whether or not she has watched the video. please do :)
CrMoshed 2 years ago
Yes I watched the whole video, as I've said so many times on here.
Ohh, I give up trying to explain the concept of primary information. You really aren't grasping it.
And if you don't even know where to find a statute, why the hell are you involved in this arguement? :|
Where is his source for his lovely definition of common law? Cos I'd reeeally love to see that one.
His source for our secret bank account? For the police pay outs?
So much crap.
There are none, sorry young boy :)
helloeleanor 2 years ago
CrMoshed 2 years ago
LOL not ONCE have you mentioned you have watched the whole video and when i say video i mean all 9 parts
yes he did give a lot of facts, unfortunately he doesn't have time to explain his whole research if he has done some in this small talk, and i'm going to take it that, THAT is why he has not given his facts and i might read up more about it. some other time. considering that there are some sad people who will look all his facts up, since no one has called bull-shit yet...
CrMoshed 2 years ago
If you look down the page, you will see several comments of me saying i watched the video.
Since law is what i study, I'm hardly sad for doing research on it.
And
For the millionth time:
My knowledge comes from the statutes the crimes are contained in.
It is a statute, it is not someones opinion, it is not someones book, it is not someones website.
It is a LAW. Find them, and read them yourself. Dont talk to me til you have actual knowledge.
helloeleanor 2 years ago
yes you watched the video, did you ACTUALLY watch the video? because some of the crap you are saying is contradicting with what he has said which means you haven't actually listened. which means you haven't ACTUALLY watched the video.
Yes btw it ISN'T someone's opinion, it is in alot of books btw your wrong there. it IS information so where did you read it?
Do you think your smart or something because you do "law" all you do is repeat information onto a piece of paper any retard can do that.
CrMoshed 2 years ago
Just because I disagree with the video does not mean I didn't watch it. It means I know what I'm on about, unlike anyone who believes him.
I'm repeating myself because you keep asking me the same damn question.
Statutes are written legislation, and can be accessed in lots of ways. It will be the same in all of these.
Im not repeating the statute at all, I'm stating it exists and what law it contains.
Yes I am smart thanks, they accept nothing less than the best for a law degree :)
helloeleanor 2 years ago
Then why are you moaning about "facts" when he gave so many for thigns he has said? mabe not all of them but defo some of them.
im repeating myself because YOUR NOT ANSWERING my question just avoiding ALL the time. ok ill put it simply, DID you read somewhere that the statutes exist?
yes because so many damn people want to do it. that DOES NOT make you smart primary supply/demand theory. :)) what did you study at A level?
CrMoshed 2 years ago
And again, please don't reply directly to me until you have actual knowledge on the subject.
Thankyouuu :)
helloeleanor 2 years ago
oh by the way when i said common law at the start of this i actually meant natural law ^^ my bad.
CrMoshed 2 years ago
How many times.
I read the statute. I didn't read about it, I didn't hear about it, I read the actual statute.
That is my answer for the last time.
He only presented his opinion as a fact, but with no evidence. Like you said, you haven't gone and researched this. All you have is what he said.
You're 16 year old who knows nothing on this subject, so why on earth are you trying to blag yourself through an arguement you have no idea about.
helloeleanor 2 years ago
Well thats great you actually answerd my question well done big clap for you :)) *clap now everyone*
he refers many times to blacks laws dictionary, he posted a website, he posted an actual damn video, my friend has done it (sent back his parking ticket), he told you to go and look at your birth certificate where it says your registered by the government, he says.. ok forget this
What do you want evidence for? that he has mentioned, go on and ill find it for you...
CrMoshed 2 years ago
Are you kidding? I have said in nearly every past comment that I read the statute :|
That dictionary is simply for clarification on definitions of legal terms.. It is not for lawyers to quote from, or rely on or whatever he implied, simply to dismiss confusion on the inteded use of certain words.
It's that simple and logical.
Yeah we have a number on our birth certificates, but where is proof of what it is for?
All we have for that is his word. Which is worthless and unsupported.
helloeleanor 2 years ago
wow you have actually read the ORIGINAL documents with the statute on them? you are impressing me.
what part of the video does he say this?
CrMoshed 2 years ago
Haha, I also said previously the statutes can be accessed in several ways, so don't bother.
Oooh someone has't watched the video properly. As you would say.
Bottom line, you have done no research.
Atleast some people on here have, even if they still disagreed with me, I'd be happy to discuss and debate with.
You know nothing other than what you saw here, and a naive mind expanded no further than GCSE's. I have no time for that.
helloeleanor 2 years ago
I was raised a catholic and am now an atheist so don't try and give me a lecture on being brain washed or being naive.
I've got an open mind which is obviously what you don't have since your better than everyone and obviously haven't got no friends since your sat on youtube on a friday night in the middle of your university course (and I'm sick so lets not even get into that). yes i haven't done no research I'm just demanding you dont call bullshit on people when you haven't even done research.
CrMoshed 2 years ago
Ohhh that made me laugh.
In a legal sense, there is only common law, and statutory law.
Natural law is merely an influential theory, based on morals and the judgement of conscience.
And yeah, morals are what laws primarily derive from. But natural theory has no legal binding as a form of law whatsoever.
Sorry :)

HA, spastic?
By my research, I meant my years studying it.
And like I said, who here has actual depth of knowledge on the subject of law?
No one.. Surprising.
People get authority to create laws when the country elects the members of parliament.
And it's not like they get together and make up whatever laws they want, there's a system it goes through in which much more than the government is involved in.
So, are you all in this rough-looking mans cult?
Or just really naive? :)
helloeleanor 2 years ago
Dude... all you said was that you don't agree with John Harris.
Exactly what weight do you expect that alone to carry? You're just running your mouth. You couldn't even live up to being a complete spastic, and prepare a comeback.

Criminal, Tort, Contract, Employment etc etc.
I'm studying the qualifying law degree, and for paralegal status, so pretty much everything.
And I definitely know what I'm talking about.
I completey agree that aspects of the law should be questioned, criticised, and hopefully reformed.
But this is just ridiculous...
helloeleanor 2 years ago
Ok, so where do men get the authority to create laws and enforce them at gunpoint without my permission.
Anyone can get together as a group and vote to create a law. How about two men and a woman voting on who gets to have sex with the woman?
Where do they get any authority?
newgtguy 2 years ago
Ok so you know the law. Give that man a fucking medal! Someone gives you an alternative view to it and you just dismiss it. Why don't you try and listen to what he is saying rather than what you have been told all your life.People all over Britain are sick to their back teeth of the laws in this country and its break neck speed of policy implemantion. Sleep tight learned figure. This is going to spin well out of control as you remain in the dark. These humble people are trying to wake us up.
katoness 2 years ago
I watched the videos, I listened, I gave it a very fair chance.
The fact I disagree does not mean I immediately dismissed it.
Like I said, I agree the law should be criticised and discussed and potentially reformed, and I would respect anyone who does that constructively.
But all this man does is say the law isnt real, the governement are conspiring, and that we have a secret bank accout etc etc.
It's utterly ridiculous, and I worry for anyone who gets sucked in by it.
helloeleanor 2 years ago
Okay, here's my research.
3 years studying our country's law, and hands on involvement in the practise of it.
I'm sure if any of what he says is true, I'd have found out long before now.
I don't think I heard a single accurate statement in his speech.
Has he studied law? Or politics?
Does he have any legitimate experience in any relevant situations to what he's talking about? Any actual facts?
Nah.

jamietruman 2 years ago
Actually he is almost spot on.
Only two points I disagree on are:
1. He states that money is worthless paper. Incorrect, money is worth whatever you can get for it.
2. He states that we were volunteered into this system by our parents. Incorrect, we volunteer into the system when claim to be part of the system ourselves.
I believe he states at the beginning that people should do their own research. A piece of advise I'm sure you should follow
newgtguy 2 years ago
LordShivasServant 2 years ago
There is a legal term for what you describe. It's called Fraud in the Inducement.
Let's say you want me to execute a contract with you, and you know there is something in the contract I would object to. You hide that detail (there are many ways to do this) and I sign the contract. If I discover later that you hid details I would have a problem with, then you committed fraud and the contract is void.
This is exactly what is done by our rulers. All you need to do shed light on it in court.
newgtguy 2 years ago
I was referring to spastic-law-student down there, if you're referring to "Okay, here's my research".
LordShivasServant 2 years ago
Ah, ok...
newgtguy 2 years ago
I must respectfully disagree with you one point 1. Money IS worthless paper that is given value only because you can buy goods and services with it the same way tally sticks were only given value because it was the only method of paying taxes. Nothing created out of thin air can have any inherent value. If money had value, inflation (the increase in the money supply) would have no effect on it. All fiat systems eventually fail because they are based on nothing of value.
threeblackcrows 2 years ago
Kind of a contradiction. Money is worthless, but it has value because you can purchase stuff with it?
The above statement is the basis for my comment above that money is not worthless, it is worth whatever you can get for it. I could say the same thing about gold. It's worth whatever you can get for it.
newgtguy 2 years ago
No contradiction - money is something inherently worthless that is given a perceived value merely by the 'legal tender' status. I could make my own money and offer to buy your car with it but would you take it? No, because then you couldn't exchange my paper for goods or services. The more money there is in the system (the money supply has to constantly grow for the system to hold up) the less it's worth until it reaches it's inherent value (zero)....
threeblackcrows 2 years ago
For example the US dollar today is worth 4 cents compared to 100 years ago (buying power). But I'm sure you understand how inflation works as you seem to be a smart guy. Gold on the other hand has and always will have a real inherent value (not perceived) due to it's long history of being real money and the fact that it is a finite resource (numbers on a screen can be made at will). It never suffers the same fate of inflation that fiat money does, however it's price is suppressed.....
threeblackcrows 2 years ago
For example 100 years ago an ounce of gold could buy you a nice holiday somewhere in your country in much the same way an ounce of gold today could do the same. The same can't be said for the same amount of money 100 years ago vs today. You only have to look at distant (Roman Empire) and recent (Weimar Republic) history to understand the true nature of fiat money and it's inherent worth. Interestingly, the purchasing power of those that held onto gold during the Weimar Republic remained intact
threeblackcrows 2 years ago
While I can see the point you're trying to make, I still stand by my comments - fiat money is and always had an inherent value of nothing...just worthless paper/numbers on a screen manipulated through legal status to be perceived as something of worth to everyone
threeblackcrows 2 years ago
you cant possibly be comparing the much more sensible tally system to the BS fiat/promisory money without telling the readers that you dont understand the current monetary system at all.
birkhauer 2 years ago
You mean it's early humble beginnings at the hands of goldsmiths to the sophisticated theft of the fractional reserve banking system to the scrapping of the gold standard in order to escalate this theft unheeded to the current inflation inducing spending spree that's causing economics 101 to happen and the US dollar to tank near those same record levels.....no of course you're right - I wouldn't have a clue
threeblackcrows 2 years ago
But tell me - do you know how to comprehend? If you did youd realise I wasn't comparing the 2 systems nor implying one was more sensible than the other. I was using the tally system to make the point that BOTH sticks and paper are worthless - no matter who gives them a 'value'
threeblackcrows 2 years ago
In fact I'll go further - money is created out of debt so has a value of minus from it's inception
threeblackcrows 2 years ago
I understand where you are going. I do agree that the current debt-based system we live under is very flawed.

I stand corrected parliament is a derived from french dialect so the true meaning would be to "speak lies" because the present tense form of mentir in french is ment! Interesting!!
reserectcc 2 years ago
Actually the word mentir in French means to lie but is Parliment a french word or an english word or even a latin word? idk is the question. Ment in english means to take action so it actually depends on what country you are from how you interpret a word True?

A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality.

You're just left with yourself all the time, whatever you do anyway. You've got to get down to your own God in your own temple. It's all down to you, mate.

Has John considered joining the Zeitgeist Movement? Or does he have his own, or other Project?
I have seen a different lecture on his talking about what he normally does. Just wondering what his views are on solving this problem.

Yay! I have 2 negative comments!

Can anyone point me in the direction of Blair, Thatcher, Major cousins info?

I believe John (in this video) said he found this info in a Trivia Persuit question.
Could the Trivia Persuit card/question be wrong? It was made by humans, afterall.
I have heard a number of things based on Prime MInisters and even American Presidents having some kind of relationship with one another. I have even heard Obama being related to Dick Cheeney, or even the likes of Madonna or Brad Pitt.
I guess most are speculating, but some truth could be mixed with all of this. Who knows?

you are a commodity because the NWO is a force you, me, us cannot stop.
If you think its possible to stop that would only show how much of this grand scheme you are unaware of!

Im not pessimistic.

Answer: you weren't.
