but dont get me wrong those new tl's with the all wheel drive will take any max any day until nissan comes out with their own awd max and me personally my next car would possibly be a tl simply bcuz of resale value and power

When the organization making the superchargers was still COMPTECH (it's now CT-Engineering), their website showed a dyno for an '04 TL AT, producing 288whp...it also had the COMPTECH 'Ice Box', CAI, and their cat-back exhaust. COMPTECH claimed an additional 5 hp for the 6 SPD...probably due to slightly greater efficiency compared to the AT's lockup clutch. 

Adjusting for AT drivetrain losses puts a CT supercharged flywheel output for the AT @ ~ 320 hp.

That's true. Driveline loss on a TL is ~19% for the 5AT and only 14% for the 6MT.

I don't see how its 300whp, those comptech S/C's can get you about 327whp and like 365 at the crank.
