That must be an engine that had a clutch (I'm no expert, only learning myself through watching videos & learning my weed wacker bike that just came together). My bike peg fits all the way in the flywheel, flush with the base, therefore centering the peg a bit better. My original carb wasn't adjustable on the high end so I ordered a Zama off eBay for $15.50. My 25 cc Homelite will do 25 mph propelling a 230 lb machine (40 lb bike-190 lb rider), a 26 in. street tired Huffy 18 speed, mtn. bike.

@bren7983 I'm guesstemating, but I doubt a 25 cc (1.5 cu. in.) has more than 1 horsepower, probably 3/4 of a horsepower. I do know the average 49 cc moped is usually tuned to 1 and 1/2 horsepower. All this being stock of course.

Nice i just got a toro weed eater for free It took 2 hrs to fix. I am in the process of putting it on a 20" bike. I am going to make it chain driven, instead of the direct drive setup you have.

Did you have to use a blow torch or is there another way you can mount the engine. I am in the process of making one for myself and I don't have a blow torch to do it with and I need to know is there a way to do it with out the blow torch

Use sprocket and chain in sted of friction on the wheel put the big sprocket on the motor smaller on wheel so much faster same amount of gas.
