  • Wow, never heard that instrument before. Almost sounds like a harpsichord . :-)

  • Wonderful. I bet these are mockingbirds trying to keep up with you.

  • Thank ******

  • I was gonna post how the birds were a great addition but then they started going nuts haha

  • oh, you are right, I wrote an mistake! sorry :-(

  • Honest to GOD, nitpicking IS tiresome, but, for correctness & reference sake, is it spelled Orpharion or Orpahrion, as the beautiful, but seemingly misspelled graphics state? Someone shoild REALLY fix that.

  • thank you! you are right, a directly finger plugged viginal

  • This is really beautiful! I can't believe how the Orpharion resembles the sound of a virginal. The birds twittering don't bother me at all.

  • This is brilliant, I've listened to this over and over. I like all of this, not just the birds, though I must say, the birds do added a picture in my mind of a valley which this piece always seems to take me. I just discovered that there was such thing as an orpharion today, I feel like I have been so deprived now.

  • its written by francis cutting, I can send it by email when I get your emailadress

  • the second half of your version is new to me, where did you find it ? Is this the personal arrangement of someone in particular ? It sounds good !

  • Laughing nonstop at the birds xD

  • Юнона и Авось , пронзительная вещь , на пронзительном инструменте

  • Does that bird have a machine gun?

  • BIRDS BIRDSSSS not so fast.... ):

  • Dude turn the birds down haha. You cornball!

  • Seems like the birds enjoy your music!

  • nice the birds sing in to the music perfectly

  • music in all of of its complex simplicities. an oasis in todays music, i thank you.

  • Hi Sir! Great music! It is something relieving after a long day at work!

  • Your birds know good music when they hear it.

  • awesoome!

  • hat mir sehr gut gefallen, ein ur guter song und mit dem Instrument eine wahre Freude

  • sehr gut!

  • other than those fckin birds, great sound man

  • How many hours does this instrument take to tune? I count 14 strings ...

  • @Bjowolf2

the thin steel strings react to the tiniest movements of the pegs. so you have to turn it very carefully.. a very perfect tuning is not possible due to the sloping design. but in a few minutes is the tuning for me ok

  • @digiric

I see - practice makes perfect, as they say ;-)

Thank you very much - don't think I have ever seen one of these

    Orpharions before.

  • I believe your birds are killing each other man!!!

  • Nice instrument. Great intonation and resonance. Lovely sound, especially when well-played like this.

  • Thank you very, very much!

Yes, I think lutemusic is often poetry.

  • THE LOOK ALONE IS EYE-CATCHING !

& THE SOUND WONDERFULLY BEAUTIFUL !

& THE CHOICE OF SONG SUPERB !

Does this music have the tendency to make one poetic ?

  • where to get one =O

  • Wow, that instrument has a very rich sound.

  • Excellent ! Congratulations !

  • Very Beautiful!!!
