This is a great video. The war isn't about American vs Muslim. The war has always been in people and has been the Lovers vs the Intolerant. I know there are good and great loving people in the muslim world, and this video helps show that.

the video is supposed to address stereotypes americans may hold of middle easterners, arabs, and muslims. i believe the videos shown on the news of muslims celebrating 9/11 contributed to the feelings of animosity americans hold toward middle easterners, this is why arabs were pinpointed in this video.

I'm an American agnostic, but my parents are Muslim. Something has always bothered me: why do Muslims always seem to deride our "sinful" and "decadent" culture and lifestyle? At least we're free to do as we please and we WANT to be this way. Why is it that Muslims are always trying to change us and make us conservative like them?
I don't know what kind of muslims you've met in your life so I can't argue for them, however considering the muslims I've met in my life, I've never experienced one who tried to change me or make me conservative. I think the idea is that we respect one another's viewpoints whether we agree with them or not. If they're conservative, fine, If we're not as much, fine. I think the idea that they all condemn us is perpetuated by the media.

Personal I had a reason for hating Muslims after the terror attack, because i lost one of my older brother, but after a while i just couldn't hate Muslims because they did take over those planes and fly into the trade center, individuals who happened to be muslims. So i hate the people who took my brother's life not muslims.

Very good video! five starts. The only thing I might point out is on 1.20 to 1.22, I don't see how the logic works. The picture of a little child too young to know the first thing about what or why he is praying is perhaps not so conducive to your argument. Also, you called him a Muslim? How can a child that young be called a Muslim anymore than you would call him a conservative child, or a republican child, or a liberal child?
I think the image was more of a representation of an idea than something to be deeply interpreted. The point is, this child will be raised to be a muslim and more than likely he will stick to that ideal. However, he will not be raised to be a terrorist, as many muslim children won't.
children can be raised to be terrorists, if they are taught that this group should be hated and that it is honorable to be a suicide bomber...just like the KKK can raise their children to be white supremacists, all they need is a teacher. Believe what you like, but until children are old enough to make their own decisions about religion and life in general, they are raised in the ideals of their parents, which for some children will be muslim.
