I assume the bar is some sort of supple material painted to look like metal. They did a good job with the sound effects as she drags the bar along the floor and puts it down at the end. However, I noticed that when she's done bending it, it reverts to a slightly wider final shape which real metal wouldn't do. Still, all in all a lot more challenging than just having the performer lift giant plastic weights.
i think its the nano cells in her body that gave her super human strength. i heard that shit can give all these special abilties. im going to get nano cells for me too
