to be really honest i now don't have this car as it broke so many times and i threw it away, i recommend spending more money on a better car, thanks for all the views i never thought i would ever have this many.

Its better than a "Toy" model but no serious piece of kit. My son is 6 and has one (Stock). A perfect beginners model. I went for the Traxxas Rustler VXL but it is twice the price! Enjoy ;o)

and a baja 5b

but the price of this $160 roughly is a good deal. hpi is quality and good support like trx,

its half the price of the trx revo but still its not as good so its your money you know

sure brushless lipo would be nice but it's expensive investments. car has simple diff can probably use the Mt2 36:14 gearing front and back. an aluminum center shat and bam more speed.

the motor is a hpi saturn 35t ( not that good ) but i plan to get a nosram vision its only £20

The standard ESC won't like that at all.

I just bought one with a 21t clash racing motor. I'll fit a decent battery as well (£40 beast) and some low resistance connections. I anticipate about 25mph flat out compared to about 13mph standard...later i might install a cheap hobbywing brushless
