what were u thinking man u did well to distroy his infantry but when his cav came u would have done better to put ur guy into a square and using ur cav to destroy his artilary

a charge there would have been much better had so much men that were routed that could have been rallied but you did seem to care but them and when you saw those french calvary form up you should have odered your artillery to open fire and form your men not in a line but a square thats the best way to defeat calvary infantry does not charge calvary horses trample men

ok this guys battle field command and tactic is poor. first he places all his calvary to the left leaving his right flank expose if the french ahd charged the right with their calvary his artilery could do nothing to stop them althought i mus say gr8 placing of artillery however they were missed used at times fring when your men are in the line of fire and killing them. your line infantry was prettty good even tho i dont know why you tok so long to open fire and you fired into your own men

awesome battle mate! great infantry fighting but they had too many cavalry and your troops were tired and in small numbers... you had no chance with these and your artillery maybe is effective against that light cavalry but there still was too many of them and a too small distance... and the hill did fuck all in the end... but i must say that in commanding the infantry you PWN!

I always try to flank enemy and charge with melee as fast as possible. Frontal battle is just so horrible massacre. I think in this battle it was done on purpose so it looks great when 2 big armies shoot each other devastating shots.Nice vid bud!

I noticed that your cannons were firing during hand to hand combat, at least I thought that was your artillery, can artillery hit your own men in this game? I think that's how it worked in Rome TW.

Yes friendly fire is actually a pretty major part in this game since every troop can do FF u have to be carefull when oredering fire :)

Ok you lost because of two crucial mistakes

1. You never rush your cavalry like that in the beginning of the game. You wasted them and had no way to defend your grenadiers from the French cavalry charge

2. Never leave your artillery undefended like that

Bad tactics! You lost your cavalry due to a lame charge, through the woods. He didn't use his cavalry to wipe out your artillery. (why??) None of you used flanking fire. Grenadiers should throw granates that's what they're for. The charge was to late.

i think he lost because he moved his men up which they walked sttraight into gunfire then fired should have focused all the artillery on the center and the grenadiers you should have used there grenade move destrroyed there lines

never attack with waves under fire. that'll demoralized your troops far before you engaged to beyonet fight... french cavalry were stronger in this battle, so you should attack from right wing directly, and hold position and fire at left wing... and also you failed to use your cannons effectively, all should fire to left wing to weakend french holding there, so your left wing could hold both cavalry attack and french fire... anyway, good job...

I agree that you shouldn't have bayonet charged his cavalry. Cavalry have a large advantage in a melee fight, and the French cavalry hadn't even begun to charge yet.

why did the prussian player charged.. the french already started withdrawing.. just shoot it out.. when you see more units withdrawing then you go melee.. still, quite a clustefuck .. but i guess it i will be a clusterfuck no matter what you do.. as long as you are fighting a developed european nation it will be slaughter house for both.. only if you kill native americans or indians from india.. can anyone hope to improve loss/kill ratio..
