I think something had to have crashed there and if pipe line blew up it wouldn't cause this much damage. Why would they build a natural gas line that could cause this much damage close to residences?

OK OK what if it wasn't an accident! What if it was the "GICCCers"? The GICCC is the "Ghostable Interface Crasher/Controller Chip". It could wreck havoc but it has to be controlled from the top down to actually be put into practice. Maybe it's a plan for the new empire of controller culture.
