@d1234583 You get 30 dog tags to get a bandana for infinite ammo. You get at least more than 60 dog tags to get stealth mode. I have both of them so I should know. What I did was get all the dog tags for very easy, easy, and normal. That got me 66 dog tags in total.

Somewhere on one of the levels of that tower with the Thermal Goggles is supposed to be the USP Suppressor. It might be after you battle Olga though or only on Substance. Watch the walkthrough by 0ddler. No damage taken, done on Euro Extreme.
