I'm a microbiology student so I know how they get the bacteria for the yoghurt but your ideas sound much better than reality so I don't think I'll tell you.
Though one thing that's confusing me is how they keep them alive because they're obligate anaerobes and they'll die if exposed to oxygen. It's hard enough to get an oxygen free environment in a lab so I've got no idea how they would do it while making yoghurt.

the software is ScreenFlow, it's got both a screen recording and editing tool.
it is free i think, but unfortunately for you it's a Mac based program.
one annoying thing is that it has no transition which means i can't even do a simple fade or wipe, but that's my only gripe.
