I found the one in the race by accident. After several loses I gave up on it and just let ratchet drift. I came back and he was facing the bolt lol. I'm really they stopped hiding bolts like this. In ACIT they are much easier to find.

@Blaiyan I find that all of the PS3 Ratchet & Clank's have easier to find Gold Bolts.
