He is not overrated at all; he is perfectly rated. And Jacoby? If anything, Ellsbury is overrated defensively. Yeah, he is fast and can make diving catches, but he does not get a good jumb on the ball and takes bad angles fairly often.

Many fans gave been pulling for Beltre's return via trade or free agency when his contract exspires after the 09 season. These feelings were spurred by the Dodgers 3rd base struggles and an LA Times article about how Beltre would welcome a return to LA. But its all speculating
