doesnt look like the subaru took anything... an old (what sounds like light mod 7M; i would know, i have one) rwd mk3 supra vs an awd short gear subaru and off the line they were fairly equal lmao and the mk3 deffinately has more top end than the wrx...so i have no idea how the conclusion came to be subaru won...lol

in any case the subaru barely stayed a bumper ahead, while the mk3 spun the first 2 gears, and then hooked 3rd which wouldve allowed the mk3 to sail passed, especially at the length they were still going for after the shift
