Whatever DNA he consumes, he becomes in assimilation with his own. in the end, he becomes a rat-dog type werewolf. He eventually dies in an explosion, but other people become infected and are quarantined by the military.

Too bad Bottom Feeder sounds like a title to a gross porno.

This movie has too much dialogue, bad plot points, and one of those pointless 'random black guy' insertion.

The werewolf/rat costume was one of the best I've seen, and they should've shot more of it in the movie.

This movie is an awesome prequel to Resident Evil. Basically, this guy, a scientist, creates the T-Virus as a rejuvination drug. For some idiotic reason not explained, the buyer of the drug, a burn victim, refuses treatment and instead injects the doctor with the drug without the anti-drug to balance it out, then throws him in a sewer.

Well the reason is kinda silly lol. He invented a serum that can heal almost everything. Like paraplegia or something. But that serum needs a catalysator combined with human DNA and it makes you hungry like a wolf. But the strange guy, who comissioned him to produce the serum, fooled him and applied the serum to him without the catalysator. Well, he became hungry then and ate the rat, that's why he's transforming into a ratman, because of the DNA. Very silly story. :D
