i'm starting to think that Xion was somehow created from the false memories Namine gave to Sora but only the memories of Kairi... This could explain why it took Kairi a while to remember his name in the beginning (maybe longer than the others.)

And i think she goes to the mansion to return Sora's full memories of Kairi...

No. In KH2 there are Possessors which posses things. When one possesses a door the door doesn't become a Heartless. Same for the Shadow Stalker, when it possesses the room the room does not become a Heartless. Therefore when Riku was possessed he doesn't become a Heartless. This also gives rise to my theory that Ansem SoD is a Possessor Heartless of some sort...

Noes but you're close. The Ansem reports mention that namine is special since she was created when Sora gave up his own heart for Kairi therefore Roxas and Namine were created at the same time. But Xion on the other hand. Well kairi lost her heart twice. Once when Sora freed it but the first time when she lost it and it escaped to Sora's heart that's when Xion came into being I think.
