Yes you could say that - I used to go to Brockhill Boys ( then Boys only !) and walk home along the line and then pop in the back garden vis the railway.
thanks, whenever I think of trains I think of july vacations and grandpa he had tracks running 3 yards from his front door. I got used to sleeping with horns, whistles, and wheels at midnight.

I come from Hythe and this train ran at the bottom of my grandmothers garden so as a by I played on the track !

From what I know the Plywood is a replica of the original metal armor.
