Although in lost of circumstances this plug in does a good job, the function set in Photoshop is much more versatile. But it great because it's free.

There are other ways to use the plugin, in addition to the method shown here (Filters->Enhance->Smart remove selection or Filters->Enhance->Heal selection, depending on which version of the plugin you have installed).
