Lets say i start cutting my sodium to 2,500mg a day, and elimate all those chemicals, and start drinking more water, how long should it take to get that tight look? I got abs, just dont have that tight look because of bloatedness =[

No simple sugars!!! We as Americans have been brain washed to pollute our bodies with the worst food and drinks on earth. Eat clean and drink big water for three months straight.

@riddleman65 true to a certain extent only. try taking in all your daily carbs from sugar or glucose, since you think all carbs are created equal, n see what happens. apart from diabetes your gonna gain weight. why do u think people lose weight by simply cutting out their soda intake when soda even in large quantities isnt filled with that many calories? First of all, all carbs are sugars. Secondly, glucose is also a sugar, and is something that your body converts garbs into naturally. Thirdly, I would not gain weight as long as I was on a caloric deficit. I would gain less LBM compared to a protein rich diet, but it's impossible to store fat if the energy isn't there. You must be on a surplus to gain weight.
Also try to eat more raw food. Nothing wrong with eating a salad made of both fruit and vegetables. That stuff makes you go and gets your GI tract working to its optimal levels....
another thing that is good with water, is that if you drink cold water, it takes calories to warm it up :) so usually i drink cold water on diet and like medium warm water on bulk lol :)

@ElGuarioski hey im Filipino, we have rice in our normal diet as well.. if you aim to lose weight you could make rice as your cheat meal for the weak as well as any other fave food... but in my case, i substituted the rice for oatmeal (rolled oats, plain) . if it's cheaper their you might as well try brown rice (half a cup). Since the change i went from 80Kg to 70Kg. but it's not just the rice take note. alot of healthy substitutions as well..

He has done a lot of research on creatine and lot's of other stuff. He say's their are no side effects to creatine and that you do not need to cycle. He talks about a study where MS sufferers have been given very high doses of creatine for over 10 years with no side effects! Check out his vids. Hope they are useful to you.
