@halooa nein. Autos in dem Alter müssen pfleglich behandelt werden, damit sich kommende Generationen noch daran erfreuen können deswegen sind auch tuner, die solche autos verschandeln ein graus. hier sehe ich bis auf die Felgen und eventuell die Abgasanlage aber ein Original, was zumindest schonmal löblich ist. Aber trotzdem, wenn man schnell fahren will, gerade dann soll man sich was altes billiges holen und mit tüfteln viel rausholen, das wirkt besser, wenn du mit nem Käfer Porsche killst.
Naja zum Glück sind wir Menschen nicht alle gleich, egal wie alt, aber ein 300+ PS Auto zu fahren ohne Geschwindigkeit auszunutzen, würde für mich nie in Frage kommen, dafür wurden sie eben gebaut, nicht dass man 20 Jahre Später das Auto in der Garage aufbewahrt es einmal im Monat putzt und nie fahren tut^^

I reckon an 8 series with the pop up lights removed, leaving just a flush bonnet. Would look awesome. And have high beams in the "parking light" space. It would look awesome. I'm not sure if it's been done. :)

Ein BMW 850 verheizt man nur wenn man ihn nicht sinnig warm fährt, dauert so ca. 30 Minuten bis er Betriebswarm ist. Deswegen sind die meisten BMW 850 heute alle verheizt, einsteigen und losfahren als wenn es ein Golf GTI wäre, das war der Motor Tot für ein BMW 850. Ich hab ein BMW 850, und meiner wird sinnig warmgefahren und schnurrt noch wie zu seiner Geburt 1991. :o)

I have one with Dinan mods. This appears to be a stock 850. If it is a turbo the rpms would shoot up the tach at 4500 to 500 rpms. Doesn't appear to do that according to the video.
Bin ganz deiner Meinung, allerdings gibt es ja immernoch diverse Werkstätte bei denen man die Teile eventuell erneuern kann, ich selbst weiß es nun nicht aber ich vermute das es schwer ist neuteile oder gut erhaltene Teile für den 850er zu bekommen.
Ist btw mein Traumwagen seit ich 6 bin, hatte den damals als Spielzeugwagen (:
